Works perfectly. So happy with the first one we have already purchased another. We have linked the GE Smart Plug with our Amazon Alexa devices and works like a charm.

This smart plug was so easy to connect with my Alexa. This plug works better than my Amazon plug to be honest.

I bought this product cause I had a fan in my room that I wanted to be apart of my automations and I was already in the store so I picked this up. Technically the Product works Flawlessly and does exactly what it is suppose to do, HOWEVER getting it synced to my Alexa was a Pain and it wasn't Alexa's fault when GE designed there skill for Alexa they did the absolute minimum and thus made it such a pain to deal with. I have other smart plugs from cheap Chinese places on amazon and they work easier then this one does in my opinion, if you are not as tech savvy I would definitely not recommend this one just get a different brand that has good reviews with you smart home Hub. If you are Tech savvy what I had to do to get mine to work was enable the plug through the C by GE app and then go into my Alexa app pair the skill in the device menu click discover device it will do its thing comeback with no new devices found close the app and then wait and your Alexa eventually will let you know it found the device immediately open your phone and add it to your device list then it should work fine. Now I know it could just be my setup was just wrong but according to other reviews in the amazon skills its like that for everyone just a heads up.

Super easy to setup, works great with my google assistant. It sticks out a bit but it works wonderfully for my needs.

We bought this to be able to control one of the lights on the house. I was not expecting to have to install another app to be able to sync it with Alexa app. Instructions to set up were easy and it works as it should through the Alexa app.

I love this smart plug! Works with Alexa and helped me with my Christmas decorations. No need to worry about being home to turn lights on or off. Also applies to anything that is connected to this smart plug. I will be purchasing more of these as needed.

Very easy to setup and use. Only negative comment is it's a little bulky. Would be nicer if it wasn't so bulky.

I already had two of these items and got another one to add to a different location. I am very pleased with this item. This brand works very well with my other items. I am able to change the settings and add another one by myself. I do not have an Alexa or Google Assistant at this time.

This was easy to set up and unlike the one from Amazon, this APP allows you to take a photo of the actual lamp when it’s on and another when it’s off, so when you click on, you see the photo of your lamp when it’s on. Fun!

Works reliably, unlike other smart plugs I’ve used. Also allows BLE only GE bulbs to be used with Alexa and Google Assistant

I love the Cync line from GE. Their app works well, integrates well with Alexa, and seems to be less glitchy than a few of the other smart brands I’m utilizing in my home. I bought this plug for my Christmas lights, which are connected in my garage, and it worked like a dream! My Christmas lights went on and off, as programmed or on command all season long. These plugs also operate lamps throughout my house, and I really can’t rave enough.
