I have two Cync bulbs, and this remote works perfectly with them. Set up was a breeze on the Cync app. It only takes 1 min and you're ready to go. The quality is very nice, it should last a long time. I've been using it for a few weeks now with no problems. If you have the color changing light bulb this remote will work with that. It can transition from one color to the next. You can dim or fade out or in. The bottom is rubbery for a non-slip grip to surfaces. It comes with a battery. Taking the battery plate off was a little bit tricky I ended up dancing it a little bit so be careful with that and put something soft over it or a rubbery thin tool as to not damage the housing. Price was right and pick up was easy it was ready fairly quickly. I recommend this product.

Great instant on/off switch for Cync smart lights. Easier than bringing up the app. We are creatures of convenience and this switch offers that at a very affordable price. Cycles between the different temps of white light, dims or brightens, and of of course on/off. Has a small magnetic backing that allows you to store it anywhere it could attach. Have bought multiple so far, would absolutely recommend. Only reason i didn't give 5 stars, is feels like it wouldn't have been a big deal to add a color tone button to it.

Works as intended, hit button, lights change, hit button again, lights change... once more! Noted on the package/description but be sure you know that the remote is only compatible with Cync lights, this is not a remote intended for use for other connect lights in your home. The bottom is rubber-textured and a magnet, so doesn't slide around when sat down and can be stuck to magnetic surfaces.

Works like a charm, all the different Hues and Brightness can be controlled without screaming the commands, hey google......

Was Kind Of Iffy About This Product But I Eventually Got It good purchase

This is so sick cuz it works as a light switch but doesn't require any screwing in, can be wall mounted or used as remote.

Bulky, and design is weird. This is ok- it has a slow reaction time, there are too many buttons and I wish it was closer to the Philips sleek design. Hate how it always starts up at 100% brightness.

Works well and consistently! Only had some issues with it being the older model.

This remote is so convenient to control lights from anywhere without talking. The only drawback is that the color control is limited to whites, not RGB colors.

App is good if you want to set colors or set a schedule, but for the beginning/end of day and I just want some soft light instead of the bright overhead LED lights in the ceiling, having a lot on the remote is very convenient

Great remote for where you don’t have a wall switch in a room. My only small dislike is that there is a jump in the preset of warm color settings.

I have a very old house without light switches in most of the bedrooms. As such, lamps are a necessity. I bought several of these for ease of turning off lamps from bed. They work very well. Set up is extremely easy. Would highly recommend.

Works well; good addition to a Cync system. However, the on / off vs brighten / dim controls are easily confused. It's not an intuitive control layout.

I do not recommend these lights or any part of the system, and I will be returning the items I purchased. The C by GE web site paints a partial picture which while elegant and enticing does does not fully explain the negative features of the C by GE lighting products. 1. There is no support for Apple's HomeKit. 2. The devises do not maintain a consistent connection with a network. 3. you must use the C by GE network to control your lights remotely, which I find a serious security risk. 4. your iOS device according to GE only communicates with the devices locally by Bluetooth (although I don't believe this to be completely correct, since you can control the devises over the internet through WIFI and the GE C by GE network. Given the state of technology that exists today, I believe these products to be far behind the technology curve. GE has chosen to confine control of these products to a proprietary network instead of giving the users the option of controlling their own security with direct local and remote connections with authorized and security controlled MAC addresses and direct network to network VPN or other secure connections to the products. Unfortunately sales and marketing have taken precedence over security and user control, while GE has also decided to shun the Apple market.

We have one for every room in the house. As much as I love smart lightbulbs, they're a pain when the wifi goes out. I wanted something that had bluetooth technology so we could still use the lights when the internet was acting up.
