I would buy another. Everything works well or better about it. We can actually hear and understand in-coming messages clearly. The extra phone is great also. It has so many good features that it is difficult to write about all of them.

I have two buys that are constantly dropping these phone and they are still intact. No pieces flying off while they hit it with a basketball. No static when they go outside to talk to their friends. Love it!

I tried to return this item, but since it was more than 15 days, they said I couldn't return it to store. On/off buttons must have some electrical connection problem. Sometimes it takes 6-10 button presses to get handset to respond. By then, answering machine has responded to incoming call. Ready to throw this set of two phones out -- manufacturer said to return, but won't reimburse shipping for these defective items, so I'd be out half my money anyway. Not worth the time, trouble and effort.

Overall so far, I have been totally satisfied with this product. However I have only been using it for two weeks.

decent cordless phones if you need more than 1. but

I purchased this system as a daily deal and I was able to use rewards which made it an even better purchase.

great price for 2 phones with each of its own battery charger

The keys don't work most of the time and you miss phone calls. Handset #2 has no volume when listening to the caller and it sounds like you are in a dungeon with a lot static.

I liked the master phone and so kept it. I threw the other away. Would not charge. battery was not the problem; it was in the phone. Not much of a bargain, huh?
