Spend a little more money and get a better product. Wish I had kept my old phone and just purchased a new handset!

range is fine. I like to screen my calls and listen to incoming messages but the volume is so low you can not here the incoming message being left.

Price was right...sound quality poor. Better off spending more for better operation.

I bought this as a deal of the day-great price. I had read reviews about the buttons not working for some buyers, but took a chance. I wanted to exchange it from Best Buy, but I waited past the 15 day return limit - about 30 days from date of sale.

Phone Sucks Big Time Talk and Hang Up bottons don't work correctly Takes three or four times before phone will turn on or shut down. Impossible to use in my busy office.

This phone stopped working 30 days after purchase. First one headset stopped ringing and then the second one stopped dialing.

I loved this phone when I bought it. It fit my needs perfectly and allowed me to have an easy-to-use phone in both the living room and kitchen. But after a year, the display screens started losing characters and now at 18 months both phone screens are blank. You can't see incoming calls, the day or time, or anything. There is no fix so either you have to live with it or replace the phones. Also, the green Call button and the red Hang Up button become sticky with use. It's now hard to press on the buttons to start or end a call, sometimes you have to press a few times. Overall, a nice phone at a great price (I bought on sale so it was very cheap) but no durability. I would spend more next time for a phone that lasts longer.

lightweight with great volume for elderly. Mother has a hard time with the pause before a dial tone. she keeps mashing the green answer/dial tone button w/o waiting for the dial tone. Instructions are a must read.

I like the adjustable volume , if there is noise in my room , I can turn up the volume and hear the caller Loud and clear. I also use extra phone out-side on Patio-50 feet from house with a clear Voice and clarity.

Buttons were hard to press = hard to press on and hard to press off when I first received the phone system. Now after only 5 months one of the phone's display is unreadable so seeing the Caller ID is not possible nor checking the number you are dialing as you press the buttons. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHONE!!! I doubt if it will survive 12 months. I will try to see if the company will repair it under warranty.

Bought this for my blind Mom and she kept complaining that It doesnt work when pressing theTalk button - the button hard on both phones and at times will not respond. So I gave her my old phone and I ended up using this model and 1st thing I noticed is the earpiece volume is weak compared to my old one. My wife also confirms that the Talk button sometimes do not work and is hard to push. I would have returned it but I am outside the return policy so I kept it since I mostly use my cell. I gave it two stars since the phone is still functional.

Works great, does not interfere with my wireless Internet. Highly recommended

This phone is terrible. I wish that I could give it no star. One of the handset screens did not show the time properly as some of the "pixels" were not working. One handset could not be fully charged and the other one did not hold its charge for long.

lots of things it can do,but you have to dig it all out of a tedious book of instructions.

Every phone is useless.. You can answer but you have no display. Ill never buy GE again.
