I love the all the features of the dishwasher and it's really quiet, which I was really looking forward to after living with noisy dishwashers for so long. The only thing I wish it had was a 30 minute cycle option. The installer was awesome, practiced social distancing, wore a mask and explained the features to me. This was a much better experience than I had with a big box store and will definitely check out Best Buy again for major appliances.

I do like this machine but for the price (almost $1000), I expected more. Pros: clean look, low profile (we got the hidden controls) and good space, I can fir a lot in there. CONS: no interior light, 3rd rack only pulls halfway out making it awkward to use, rated as "very quiet", but I disagree. Its louder than my previous 10-year-old GE dishwasher and doesn't do a good job with pots and pans. Does not clean baked on oils (spray pam) and no soak or prewash so baked on food doesn't come off. also, the buttons are difficult to use. you have to press exactly in the middle of the button and fairly hard. I'm thinking of returning it for one with better features for the price.

First time washed them came out dirty . 2 hours long . put on again 2 hours . with dry time came out crystal clear

Bought first unit but was defective - didn't close properly and tilted - top rack literally rolled out when loaded when you opened the door. Best Buy repair guys were able to realign it so now at least functional but said it still needed to be replaced. Also, not nearly as quiet as advertised. Did clean nicely though. New unit was to be installed today but the unit had been bashed either in transit or at factory and had to be sent back. Purchased in Feb 2022 and still waiting ...

Works great. Enjoying the third rack and being able to adjust the top rack.

This is a great dishwasher the buttons are a little odd but it works great

Still trying to get used to the new layout - I knew exactly where everything fit in the last one. Though, I can put things on the middle shelf when previously I had to put on the bottom.

Does a great job. No food left on dishes. Very happy
