Decent upgrade to previous model that's no longer been manufactured.

Walked in and was immediately was asked how I could help. They directed to the right person. As soon as I showed him what I was looking for he replied I’ll have it right out. He even loaded it for me. What better service could you ask for ?

The microwave is great and works very well. I am very satisfied with its performance.

This was purchased to replace a similar GE that died. It is designed to install in a cabinet, but is a little taller than the old one. It needs a new frame to fit. The oven itself works great. Even though it is listed at 800W vs. 1100W for the old one, this cooks faster than the old one. The WiFi and Alexa interface works great. It is easy to tell Alexa how long and what power to use. You can also scan the bar code on frozen food to set the oven. We haven’t tried that yet.

I'm not sure why there is such a limited selection of built-in capable microwaves that exist and why each of them is 4x as expensive as a standard counter-top microwave, so if you're unlucky enough to have one just hope that it never breaks because you'll be forced to replace something you really don't want to or have an wide open space above your counter that not much will fit well into.

It fits it works and it works quietly. The defrost button helps save old donuts.

Nice microwave, but the auto lock door feature after heating is odd.

Over priced for a 1.1 cu ft microwave with features not needed (never will bar code a food package to figure out how to heat) and low (800 watts) power, but fits exactly the limited cabinet opening space we have to keep it off a counter.

Expensive but only one that fits. Underpowered at 800 watts. Only reason to buy is that it fits exsct same as our old one. Could have got any other similar one in a different size a lot cheaper

Works well fits perfectly in the existing space. So quiet compared to the old microwave you don't even know it's on.

I HAVE to buy this model as it is the only one that fits in the space created in our cabinets/built in. Yup...I said it, size does matter and we have had to buy a new one every two years or so for the past 10+ years as they do not last. Correct that is what I said, they do not last! Do yourself a favor and if you do built ins make the hole much larger than you need so you have choices always easier to add trim!

Exactly what I wanted - the same footprint as our 30 year-old GE that needed replacing. Ordering from Best Buy was pretty easy and it arrived when they said it would.

This microwave does the job for us. It has some bells and whistles that we don’t use. We replaced virtually the same model with this one. The major difference for us is to remember to unlock the door once the cooking cycle is done,

It's the only microwave that's shallow enough to fit in or under above counter kitchen cabinets. It's also priced 2 to 3 times high than deeper mirowaves with more power and capacity. Reliability is questionable, this is a replacement unit for me. The first failed after less than 5 years.

This is the only microwave style/size that will fit in the opening of my kitchen cabinet. I have had four of them over the years. I have always liked them. They are attractive. This recent one has lots more buttons shoved into a smaller space. The display font is odd - very angular. The buttons and opening latch are difficult to push. They actually hurt my thumb. It seems to cook fine.
