The one door covering the entire front of the microwave looks great, but is simply a bad design. Oven opening is about 3/4's of the product width, but instead of being centered or over to the right where the door opens, it's all the way to the left so the door must be opened wider to use. Then try to close it without having to duck or jump to the right.

This microwave broke twice in 2 years. 1st the vent filter closure clip broke and you can't replace just the clip. You must replace the entire vent cover. The repair cost was $315. 2nd the microwave blew and kept tripping my power. I replaced the fuse twice and the microwave blew out 2 more fuses. Also the fuse is not easily accessible to change. Its not behind the filter as is most models. You have to remove the microwave from its housing over the stove to replace it or bend the metal frame to access the fuse. Return it if you still can or be sure to get the extended warranty.

If you are a smart person, you will not purchase g. E products, although we bought a 5 year warranty. Best Buy. Can't help us for the first year and Best Buy stands by their stuff G. E is awful and will not take charge. Been waiting 20 days to get a washer. Fixed We'll write a review for that too awful

The second microwave had problems with the door hinge and worked for only a year and a half. The GE is overpriced and failed to function and has stopped working just one year and three months after purchase!

There is a strip of silver stainless steel where the door is pulled open. Also, the dimensions are wrong. It is at least an inch shorter which leaves a gap in the backsplash. Very annoying GE.
