No complaints about operating noise. Ice does make a noise at drops into storage bin, but that is true of all similar icemakers. Like the shelving arrangement. Seems to be more room than in previous Samsung of same size. Doors are a bit harder to open. I assume this is to ensure a tight seal and reduce energy use.

It does a great job at simply keeping food/products cold. The true luxury of the fridge is the door water glass autofill feature. It works flawlessly regardless of glass size or type. A simple function done well. If you use a lot of ice, then you should consider the freezer ice maker add-on even though you are forfeiting freezer space. Overall, this is a great fridge for the price.

I was skeptical in purchasing only because of the reviews stating it was loud actually it’s not as far as running. The only thing that’s a little loud is the ice when dispensing but otherwise I love it!

The freezer was not sealed properly, the right door needed replacement. Trying to contact someone for help was difficult to put it nicely, It took 5 calls (had to leave messages) with no call back ever and 2 visits to the store before anyone would help.

Refrigerator compartment not cooling

The freezer cools to 0 degrees with no problem, but the refrigerator after 4 days still only reaches a temperature between 39-40 degrees. Yesterday the water dispenser sensor stoped working also. A new replacement is scheduled to arrive this Friday, fingers crossed. We bought a digital and standard thermometer and verified the temperatures in both the refrigerator and freezer, in addition we placed another thermometer in a glass of water in the refrigerator. Several appliance repair sites suggested using the thermometer in the glass of water is one of the most accurate ways to check the temperature based on the water prevents any variations in the air movement in the refrigerator.
