Having a difficult time getting it to smell fresh. I was not sure about purchasing this model, but was told it had few service issues.

The storage, layout, lighting, quality of the shelves are all very well thought out and they blend in great with other Profile appliances.

Freezer space is adequate but smaller than our last one. Only problem is that the freezer is difficult to open. Have to pull pretty hard to get it open. There was some bubbling of the finish on the water dispenser tray and we are waiting for a replacement to be sent.

I had ordered the 27.5 refrigerator it was entirely too big. The counter depth arrived it fits perfectly in the spot, much smaller on inside but freezer space is about the same as 27.5. Overall it is a sleek good looking product!

The ice maker has a little smaller bin, but is ample and makes ice quickly. You can also add an optional ice maker in the freezer if you need more ice. Excellent refrigerator for the money!

However we have been pleasantly surprised by how well it works and how quiet it is. The autofill water dispenser is a great feature that we use to fill pitchers and large glasses and the freezer space in a big improvement over the Café series. Overall very pleased with our Profile purchase. I give it a four because everything is plastic so it feels less durable than we're used to.

We would have given it a 5 star rating except for the fact that the filtered water is not cold enough. Our old GE (with the water dispenser inside) had much colder water.

GE is very specific about showing the depth, not including handles, as 29 3/4”. It is actually 27”. Other than that I’m very pleased with this refrigerator. It’s not very deep but I’m ok with that.

We do like the increased size of the bottom freezer.

We were concerned it would be too small since we had to get a counter depth refrigerator. I would definitely get a bigger fridge if we could, especially for the price.
