The GE refrigerator is a nice and working very good as I was expecting; beside the service from BestBuy is great service like helping me to load it and honest. I do recommend to anyone that should come to see all alliances with low prices to compare to others.

Love it. Counter depth is the way to go. The great layout make up for the little less space.

I purchased an open box unit. I was sure to look it over prior to purchasing it. I was happy with the condition. It appeared to have just not been the right unit for the person who purchased it. When it was delivered to me, I finally noticed that there were two horizontal, rather deep, scratches on the hadel door that were never there prior to shipping. I am very dissapointed.

I am in love with this new refrigerator! It looks beautiful and functions well. It’s has a nice curve with its shape. Also the auto fill with water and ice the has a sensor for filling water and ice cubes. I love it !!

We love our new fridge. It would be nice to have a little more shelf space, however we got the counter space model with the ice make in the door so I understand you need to account for that. Had some trouble with the first delivery but Best Buy made it right with our exchange. Thank you!

Nice frig. Pros: bright LED lighting, good shelf layout, quiet, nice touch control panel, deep freezer for a counter-depth model. Cons: doors stiff to open/close (it's new), door ice limited capacity, butter compartment door is so small it's hard to grasp/open. The salesman did not mention the available second freezer ice maker. I ordered it and installed myself.

It's a perfect option in my kitchen, the capacity It's perfect for a family of 4-5. The best quality, I love this brand and match perfect with the others appliances.

Very nice refrigerator. The features on this GE model are great. The autofill on the water dispenser is a game changer. The ice maker has a little smaller bin, but is ample and makes ice quickly. You can also add an optional ice maker in the freezer if you need more ice. The fridge is full width, so do expect any allowance for a tight fit. If the fridge is against the wall, you will need a least 1/4" of swing for the door to allow it to fully open. The freezer is very large, considering the counter depth.

I am enjoying my new refrigerator. It is cabinet depth so there is not as much storage as with standard. It is so quiet and all you hear is the ice dropping. Works wonderful. Just what I wanted.

Water dispenser drips. Was replaced once and still drips. 9 months in there’s pooling water in bottom near where the condenser and other components are located. This has started to grow bacteria and smells horrible. Contacted GE, put in touch with Bodewell. Service person takes one picture and leaves with zero follow up. After 3 days I learn they need to contact GE and have not been able to do so. We are left with a broken refrigerator that’s still under warranty. Our whole house smells like bacteria and turning into a health hazard. GE, Bodewell - and the service company that goes through them will not get back to me. Please help.

Lots of space for counter depth. Freezer drawer holds alot and things are easy to find. Great design.

Changed over to countertop depth. Much better than expected as far as storage capacity and it keeps up on ice with the standard icemaker.

I love this refrigerator! I love the space that it provides within. I especially love the refrigerator shelf that “folds” back to accommodate taller items. The alert that sounds when the refrigerator doors (or freezer drawer) stays open longer than necessary is loud enough—but pleasant enough to not be annoying. Overall, it is a sleek, modern addition to my kitchen!

This unit replaced a near identical one I purchased 11 years ago. So far it’s running very well.

I love the stainless steel but upon receiving it, I didnt know the side of it would be black. It only bothered me because the side is exposed with the layout of my kitchen. The fridge works great, ice maker works great, the sensor of the auto fill aspect isn't that great if youre filling a larger bottle. (It'll stop and read as an error after pouring a few ounces) people have complained about the noise but it doesn't seem loud to me and our living room is adjacent to the kitchen. A great buy so far!

Do not buy this refrigerator. There is only one setting. Been having problems since i bought it. Fruits and veggies go bad very quickly...like 2 days. The refrigerator doesn't get very cold. It gets cool. Be careful of leftovers. They will not hold over 2 days

2 damaged refrigerators were delivered and the 3rd one the freezer door would close. I ended up working on it and it closes sometimes but you have to jiggle it. The fridge will do but if you are considering buying it go anywhere but Best Buy. The first two fridges were put on the truck with gouged boxes and when the box came off it was apparent a forklift went through them.

Disappointed warehouse handling. I went into sore to look at appliances. Purchased LG dryer first. Ali needed refrigerator and dishwasher. I saw a GE Profile refrigerator that didn’t have and dents or damage to front(picture attached) so I purchased at open box pricing. Consequently with the money saved I purchased the matching dishwasher at full advertised price. Delivery was set up and as you can see from the picture the refrigerator was damaged at the warehouse. I’m confident that the delivery driver Joe and Jadon did NOT damage en route to my home. Now I won’t have my refrigerator at the open box price. I’m disappointed to say the least.

This fridge fit perfectly as expected and I couldn't beat the price. It's functionality is as good as lg or Samsung
