This fridge is beautiful, the smudge proof finish is great.
Pros: the finish, doors feel heavy and sturdy, auto fill option is fun (plus it tells you how many oz your getting), lighting is plenty.
Cons: the doors off not even (the right side sits lower on the hinges), the deli drawer requires both doors to be open to access it (didn't realize it till after i made the purchase), the touch screen is not perfect, you have to touch it just right for the buttons to work, water lines in the back are a bit long and got kinked during installation, freezer racks come off the hinges sometimes.
This purchase was an emergency purchase. I love the design and style but they could have put a bit more effort in making the plastic inside feel a bit more higher end for a Profile version. Overall im still happy with it and it works like is should

It’s really a great fridge. I originally bought a standard depth smart version but it was dented on delivery and I decided it stuck out too much (too deep). It turns out the counter depth is perfect for my smaller space.
Things I love:
- right door shelves hold a lot of stuff like milk
- well lit
- water / ice dispenser is tall enough to fit water bottles
- love the autofill dispenser feature
- The movable shelf for tall items
- easy to see and reach all of my food
- the big deli drawer because we buy lots of deli type food
- surprising amount of space (well utilized for a smallish size fridge)
- counter size depth fits perfectly in my kitchen
- quiet
Things I miss:
- a place to put pizza in my freezer
- the digits display of ounces on water dispenser (the first bigger model I bought/returned had this and the video made it appear as if this model also had this feature
Overall I’m very happy with this fridge. It’s very pretty and well designed.

I love my GE Profile counter depth refrigerator! It’s exactly what I wanted and needed! The outside finish is a beautiful stainless steel. It’s the perfect size. The inside is beautiful and very brightly lit.

I couldn't be happier with the refrigerator. Spacious, well designed inside, has crushed ice, keeps the food evenly cool. But, it came with a dent in the top left door. I watched as it came out of the box - the delivery people did not dent it and the box was not in any way compromised. So, Best Buy sent me another refrigerator. Unbelievable but it also had a dent in EXACTLY the same spot. The dent is where GE taped a block of styrofoam (for PROTECTION during shipping). Unfortunately, the very thing they used to try to protect it is what damaged it. The delivery guys were nice enough to swap out the door (the second one had a slightly smaller dent). They even asked me if I wanted a third one, but at this point, I figured I'd cut my losses and I didn't want to be exposed to a delivery for a third time during a pandemic, so I'll just live with the dent. In fairness, the dent was not Best Buy's fault.

Beautiful fridge and I am really happy with all the space. I love the French doors and the freezer below. That’s a first for me , but it’s all good. The freezer door takes a hard pull, but I do have a lot of food in it plus a bag of ice. But if your not strong you’ll need some practice. 4 stars only because the fridge is pretty loud and if the rooms really quiet it’s more then obvious. But overall it’s a keeper. Lightning is terrific too.

Bought this fridge for a kitchen renovation for our kitchen to match our stove and dishwasher.
The style and look of the fridge is wonderful, especially the fingerprint resistant finish, as it helps keep the face of it cleaner, longer. The ice dispenser works great, but you must have the cup and the very top of the dispenser to keep the ice from flying all over the place when dispensing. The water dispenser works well/pours fast. The AutoFill feature is very hit or miss as the sensor is very dependent on the type of glass/cup you are using (they also removed the ounce counter that the older versions of this fridge had, which is a shame).
The interior storage is manageable but a very big learning curve if you've never owned a cabinet depth fridge before. The freezer door is very finicky when opening if you don't open from the center or the door handle and it almost feels like your going to break the track mechanism if you aren't careful.
Overall it's a really nice fridge and I would recommend it to everyone who needs to match their existing GE Profile appliances.

I love this fridge! Super quiet and plenty of room. Makes plenty of ice for family of 3, and the dispenser is really nice. Love the autofill and the extra tall fit for water bottles and pitchers is really nice. My kitchen is tiny so the counter depth is perfect, and I love the room it has. And it really is very quiet, sometimes hear the ice drop but that is it. Drawers are nice and the nonskid on the door shelves is a nice feature. Had this a few weeks and no problems at all.

This fridge works great, plenty of space, great ice and water. Only disappointment would the the high pitched sound the comprssor makes when on. This is infrequent and when off it is perfectly quiet.

My LG died after 7 years and repairing it wasn't worth the expense. Bought this fridge because it was the only one available! It's very spacious and looks nice. The auto fill water is a nice bonus. But the water dispensing and ice maker is loud. A loud whistle when dispensing water. Ice clanking when it lands in the box. I had the plumber come out to look at it to make sure the water line was installed correctly (it was). So I have to assume this is an issue with the refrigerator quality. The compressor and fan are also rather loud. My LG was so quiet so maybe I'm just not used to it.
Congratulations on your new refrigerator purchase! This unit does have some great space for those bigger food items and we also like the feature of the hands-free AutoFill and optional second icemaker for this unit. This is sure to be a great addition to your kitchen space for many years!

We replaced a 18 year old side-by-side with this model and could not be happier with it. Even though it is a counter-depth model, the storage capacity is phenomenal. We have a lot of space left over after moving everything back from the old unit. Lighting is great and no dark spaces anywhere. We would purchase this one again.

I had a side-by-side prior to this refrigerator. I waited until it died after 15 years to replace it with stainless steel French door and I'm glad I did. The French door looks great and makes it easier to see what you have, but there are many trade-offs that make me miss my side-by-side at times. Overall, I gave it a four because I would miss it if I went back to my old fridge, but it is higher maintenance than my old one. However, I do feel that if you have a lot of kids, this might not be the fridge for you because you have to be finicky with it. The fewer people using it, the more you can accommodate its quirks.
Pros:
- Available in counter-width.
- Well lit and easy to see what you have at eye level.
- Keeps veggies fresh longer than my old refrigerator.
- Things don't get lost in the back like the side-by-side.
Cons:
- You have to open both doors to get to anything in the deli drawer.
- The seal that goes around the freezer door comes loose whenever you open the freezer and causes air leaks around the freezer. This causes the compressor to run a lot. I have to manually fix and re-seat that seal a lot.
- You have to be careful to center yourself when you push the freezer back in because pushing at any angle creates resistance in the rollers. This seems brittle from a wear-and-tear point of view.
- If you stack too many things in front of the vent along the back, it will cause your refrigerator to run way too cold and freeze things. I lost a dozen eggs and binfuls of veggies to this.
- The compressor pops and pings loudly, but I've learned it's usually an indication that the seal is out of line or the vent is blocked.
- The ice dispenser spits ice all over the floor unless you jam the glass all the way up, which seems unsanitary. Likewise, the water dispenser is centered for a regular drinking glass width, so if you have slightly narrow glasses, the stream will miss them completely.
- There is a lever under the glass shelves that keeps you from stacking Tupperware under those shelves.
- Doors don't latch easily and are more apt to be left ajar, though there is an alarm.
- Changing the temperature is not intuitive and requires a Google search.

The counter deph fridge is awesome. It delivers enought ice on demand and fast. Also the freezer can hold alot more then expected. Ge has made the profile with so many options. I just learnex how to put my glass and it will auto fill it up. The stainless steel keeps finger prints off.

After remodeling our kitchen, the new cabinets were not as deep as our previous cabinets so we needed a cabinet depth refrigerator. This GE Profile refrigerator fits nicely. It does not have as much space in it as the deeper refrigerator but is a nice quality product. It is a little pricey but what isn’t now.

The delivery crew was fabulous; they weren’t told how difficult the delivery would be and weren’t given enough time to do it, but they were tremendously professional and got it done. We are very grateful!
The fridge itself has lots of great features and holds much more than I expected for a counter-depth fridge. And because it’s counter depth, it’s so easy to find everything! The major downside is that it overcompensates when regulating temperature: I have my fridge set to 38 degrees (F) but it still freezes some pockets of the fridge! Very frustrating and bad for the veggies! (The deli drawer is set to 36 degrees and nothing ever freezes in there...)

The refrigerator is spacious and looks great. We purchased this one to replace our prior 15 year old GE Profile and it fit into the space perfectly. In the 1 month since it was installed it’s worked great. The one issue I have (which is why I gave it a 4 start vs. 5 star) is the freezer condenser is loud, and we can sometimes hear it from 2 rooms away.

Very pleased with this refrigerator! Especially like the cabinet depth because you can easily reach the back of all the shelves. And very sturdy shelves on the door for mild or other gallon containers!
