I'm not thrilled with the ice maker. Also, it seems to smell odd. Having a difficult time getting it to smell fresh. I was not sure about purchasing this model, but was told it had few service issues.

There is a lot I love about this refrigerator but just beware if you’re looking at the dimensions on the website. GE is very specific about showing the depth, not including handles, as 29 3/4”. It is actually 27”. Other than that I’m very pleased with this refrigerator. It’s not very deep but I’m ok with that.

All around this is an excellent fridge! The storage, layout, lighting, quality of the shelves are all very well thought out and they blend in great with other Profile appliances.

We reviewed many fridges before decided on GE Profile. We wanted a counter depth so we thought it would have less room than our old one but with the French Doors it actually seems bigger. It's louder than our old fridge which was unexpected and the stainless will take some getting used to (fingerprints) but we really like it.

We love our new GE refrigerator. We would have given it a 5 star rating except for the fact that the filtered water is not cold enough. Our old GE (with the water dispenser inside) had much colder water.

Really like the refrigerator. Good amount of space in fridge. Freezer space is adequate but smaller than our last one. Only problem is that the freezer is difficult to open. Have to pull pretty hard to get it open. There was some bubbling of the finish on the water dispenser tray and we are waiting for a replacement to be sent.

This refrigerator fits my kitchen perfectly. I had ordered the 27.5 refrigerator it was entirely too big. The counter depth arrived it fits perfectly in the spot, much smaller on inside but freezer space is about the same as 27.5. Overall it is a sleek good looking product!

More room than expected. Very thought out. Very quiet and easy to clean. Freezer is great for organizing food options.

Compared to our older side-by-side GE Profile refrigerator, this newer model seems to be smaller in interior volume for the refrigerator section; the storage capacity of the ice maker is smaller; and there is not a readout of the current temperatures of the refrigerator or freezer. We do like the increased size of the bottom freezer.

Great fridge. Sleek and modern looking. Plenty of space.

Two separate units had misaligned doors (the top shelf on the left door rubbed against the right door when opening/closing), there were shallow impressions/dents on the left doors, and the second unit had a leaky door from the water/ice maker. They also were relatively noisy, and the freezer door was hard to open. We finally switched back to a tried-and-true GE Profile side-by-side model and couldn’t be happier.

Very happy with refrigerator overall. Plenty of room. Shelving and drawer spaces are great. Freezer is roomy. Looks good in our kitchen too! Have had it about 30 days.

The delivery crew was fabulous; they weren’t told how difficult the delivery would be and weren’t given enough time to do it, but they were tremendously professional and got it done. We are very grateful! The fridge itself has lots of great features and holds much more than I expected for a counter-depth fridge. And because it’s counter depth, it’s so easy to find everything! The major downside is that it overcompensates when regulating temperature: I have my fridge set to 38 degrees (F) but it still freezes some pockets of the fridge! Very frustrating and bad for the veggies! (The deli drawer is set to 36 degrees and nothing ever freezes in there...)

Failed...2 times in a row with defective GE counter-depth French door. BB Delivered a bad Unit the first time (which could not keep the temperature below 40° on a regular basis), And then said they would deliver a new replacement unit.... Which was missing bottom of doors casing and started melting water from the refrigerator into the freezer. Returning this model for a second time and going to drop GE refrigerators for good. What a cluster what a joke Hope others don't have to go through a nightmare like this, And why is BB selling these lemons?

I haven't had this long, but I'm very impressed. I have thermometers in both the refrigerator and freezer; it took a day for them to equilibrate, but they have been spot on since then. The adjustable shelves give me a lot of options, and the interior lighting is nice. I'm a happy buyer.

Love the looks and design of the refrigerator. However first delivery the refrigerator had a scratch in the door and the side of the body was bowed out making it wider than it should have been. Second delivery lasted 3 weeks before the front panel and water/ice and internal lights failed. Awaiting on GE Service to come fix that issue as Best Buy says not their issue outside of the 15-day after delivery window.

My last fridge was a GE Profile; needed the same fridge to fit the tight space I have. Overall I like the fridge. It has more room than the prior fridge. Only small negative - it can be a little noisy when it runs, but honestly, I am starting to not notice it already.

My wife and I both love it. This is thebest refrigerator we ever owned. We had been looking at buying all 4 major kitchen appliances & different brands when the refrigerator freezer went out and this GE is the only one we could get that night from any store. The people at Best Buy treated us so well, and the GE refrigerator is so nice we decided to get all the remaining appliances at Best Buy and only GE and these will be our Christmas presents to each other.
