    I purchased this refrigerator in April of 2018, and my entire experience has been bad. To top it all off, GE has horrid customer service. I had GE come out three times due to the french door not closing right and they said it was normal. Guests have left my refrigerator open 5 times because they thought it closed due to the design of the left door. In addition, the fridge sounds like an airplane taking off from time to time. Not what is expected out of a $2,500 refrigerator. Avoid GE if possible.

    As soon as this was installed we realized it sounded like a small car idling in our kitchen. We had it replaced with the same model and the second one was even louder. After exploring the problem online we discovered this is not unusual. We replaced the second one with an LG and are loving it!

    we bought this fridge to replace our working side by side fridge, day one the temperature was perfect 38 and 0, less then two days later and on Christmas eve, the Fridge Temperature won't go below 57, the freezer is still 0. We lost much of what be bought for Christmas day dinner. Can't do anything till monday the 26th. I think we made a mistake!

    You will get a delayed delivery. They don't to sell items for sale. They make you wait until they cancel order, so you have to buy at full price.
