no ice maker in door no mess from ice & water on outside of fridge so far very happy with it & it has fingerprint proof stainless

I have had this refrigerator for a month. I am pleasantly surprised how much room there is even though it is counter-depth. The digital temperature control makes it easy to keep food fresh longer. The only complaint is the suction on the freezer is so strong when you pull the handle to open it the whole refrigerator moves. To keep this from happening I press my thumb against the bottom of the upper door while pulling the handle on the freezer.

Very roomy...bottom freezer space a bit small for a large family

We loved everything about it except for the dent in the freezer panel. We were able to exchange it and received our replacement in GREAT condition.

This GE fridge looks great and works great, so far. It is just what we wanted... no water/ice on the door.

I needed a counter depth fridge and did not want any external ice or water. This one fit the requirements. It has great lighting and seems to have lots of room for a counter-depth fridge. No issues so far with the fridge itself. The best buy installers did leave some foam in a part of it under one of the drawers which caused it to flex and break. Best Buy replaced the drawer without any issue though.

I returned a different brand with exterior water and ice that splattered everywhere. This fridge is so sleek and has a much better and bigger ice maker in the bottom drawer. The interior components are of a higher quality than other brand. Love the counter depth. Best Buy made my delivery and exchange very easy.

This fridge stopped working after 2 months. I have TotalTech so I made an appt. Waited a week for them to tell me it was GE's responsibility. Waited another week for GE, aho I told the compressor was bad. GE came out and said "The compressor is bad. We have to order a new one which will be delivered in a week and a half". THen they have to come install it - another half a week. So after 2 weeks without a fridge I have to wait another 2 weeks to get it fixed. That will be a month without a fridge. Seems wrong for a $3000 fridge!!!!

This refrigerator is enormous inside and very attractive outside. We got it to replace an old side by side that we had for many years. With the combination of the large drip proof shelves to the bins this thing holds so much more than our old fridge. The ice maker is large enough to handle family functions without much strain and the water dispenser puts out water without having to regularly empty and clean the dispensing tray. The freezer is now on the bottom and will take a little getting used to. But overall very happy!!!

Well arranged interior space for this counter depth French door fridge. We got the slate color and couldn't be happier. Shows fewer fingerprints than stainless finish.

Got this fridge on sale for July 4th. So far so good. It’s a counter depth, but based on my research it’s good value. The shelving and drawers aren’t super flimsy and cheap like many others, and for a family of three we have plenty of space. Ice maker runs loud but we can deal.

The freezer door is defective. Most of the time it does not shut properly and you don't even know it. It was not making any ice in the beginning and we suspect that was due to the freezer door not being closed properly. To close the freezer door, we have to push it so hard that the whole unit actually moves back. Only got it so it would match our other GE Profile appliances.

Wanted a "Counter Depth" refrigerator and freezer...this is one Great item! Love the space and layout and also the LED Lighting. The slate grey color is awesome.

Great color. different from everything else on the market. It's easy to set up and change configuration of shelves. It cools very quickly. The freezer fell to the proper temperature within four hours.

For the money, this fridge is the best buy on the market for a counter depth unit with the most room. Nothing fancy, just what you need and it looks great in slate.
