It has been over 4 weeks and waiting for replacement. Old unit was removed on Monday. I did not get the reward points that was promised. Need to go to the store to find out whay. I was told that if I got a Best Buy credit card I would receive $450.00 in points if I paid the unit off in less than 15 days. Which I did.
