I am happy with my purchase. It cleans better than my older GE dishwasher that was installed when I built my home in 2018. It went out and I upgraded to this one with more features. It is very quiet and the app works very well. However, I was very disappointed that I had to spend an additional $200 when they came to install it. I later found out that I did not need the valve they were recommending. Best Buy needs to look into their contractors.

I’m genuinely impressed by this GE dishwasher—it cleans far beyond my expectations. Even dishes with dried-on food come out spotless without pre-rinsing. The performance is consistently reliable, and everything from glassware to cookware shines after each cycle. However, only a month, reliability remains yet to determine.

Excelent upgrade from our 1998 vintage whirlpool. The optional 12 foot drain allowed us to keep the counter layout. Individual silverware sprayer is really nice, works very well. Third rack is handy for mug lids

I recently upgraded to the GE Profile 24" Top Control Smart Dishwasher and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The first thing I noticed is how quiet it is—at 39 dBA, you can barely tell it’s running. I’ve had conversations right next to it while it’s on, and it’s almost silent compared to my old dishwasher.
The 3rd rack is a game changer. It’s perfect for silverware, small utensils, and even things like measuring spoons that usually get lost in the main racks. The dedicated jet wash is also super handy—I use it for bottles, travel mugs, and glassware, and they come out spotless every time.
The interior feels very spacious and well thought out. I can fit a surprising amount of dishes in one load, and everything dries really well thanks to the heated dry option. Plus, the stainless steel inside looks sleek and doesn’t hold onto odors the way plastic tubs sometimes do.
I also love the smart features. The app notifications let me know when a cycle is finished, and I can even start the dishwasher from my phone if I forget. It’s one of those “nice-to-have” features that I didn’t think I’d use, but now I rely on it all the time.
The only minor downside is that the cycle times can feel a little long if you’re using the normal or heavy settings, but that seems pretty standard for most modern dishwashers. Honestly, with how quiet and thorough it is, I don’t really mind.
Overall, this dishwasher checks all the boxes—quiet, powerful, roomy, and smart. It makes kitchen cleanup so much easier, and it looks beautiful in my kitchen. Definitely worth the investment!

I habe owned GE Profile dishwashers for years. My last one lasted over 16 years and was still going when i sold my home. This one has more bells and whistles. However, I had to return the first as the heating elements werent working day one. However, my replacement works fine. I cant even hear it running. However, the drying cycle is dissappointing and not as good as my old Profile. My dishes are still very wet after drying and I need to hand dry. But it cleans well.

Decent dishwasher, however with about a years usage, we started noticing some issues.
The skates/rollers for the drawers became locked up and "gritty" which created an unpleasant sound opening and closing the drawers.
In addition, part of our door started deteriorating near the bottom from constant usage. I believe this was due to the hot/cold nature of usage, however I've never experienced this before with other units.
We chose this model specifically due to its built in food processor and so far that has worked as intended. Overall, it's been good, but you are limited to options if you wish a model with a processor. With a warranty in place, I'm not concerned about these issues but for less than a years usage, it is unfortunate.

We owned this dishwasher 3 years. After two years the electronics went out and some of the interior shelving came apart. Luckily we purchased a 5 year warrantee with Best Buy. Now at 3 years old , the bottom spray bar just came off. The dishwasher dries very poorly and if we leave any food at all even small specs they do not wash off. I am very disappointed, we could have bought a cheaper model but we thought this GE Profile would be good dishwasher. But it is poorly constructed on the inside and is overall and lemon.
We regret to hear that you are having trouble with your unit and hope the issues has since been resolved. We encourage you to take advantage of your extended warranty and continue to work with them as they are best to help in getting a resolution. If you run into any trouble, please send us a PM/DM on any of our social media pages and please reference this review. Dianna@GE Profile

This is a replacement for our 13-year-old GE profile dishwasher, and I wish I had my 13-year-old dishwasher back as this new one is more complicated and doesn’t perform as well, especially where drying is concerned. The cycle times are ridiculously long. We select a normal wash, no additional bells and whistles that can be selected, with dry boost, cycle time is 3 1/2 hours. If the highest drying boost is not selected, the dishes are still wet when cycle has ended. Cleaning seems to be adequate, but it should be after all the time the dishwasher is tackling it. Overall, we’re not happy.
It is normal for many dishwashers to run for up to two hours or more under certain conditions. For example, the wash cycle time may be long on cycles such as Potscrubber, Heavy Wash, Pots and Pans, or AutoSense. Also, selecting options such as a Wash Temp Boost or Heated Dry Boost add to the total wash cycle time. We do have a n article that helps explain this on our website if you search "Dishwasher - Normal Run Time". To help with getting your dishes to dry. One thing to check is to make sure inlet water temperature is at least 120°F. More details can be found in the manual on the website under “Dishes don’t dry” Page 23.

Great machine machine, clean and dries excellently. Still learning how to rack dishes in it efficiently but we'll get there. Opted for a self install on it, would recommend paying for the install. Bracket and sound deadening material installation was kind of a pain. App/smart features are kind of pointless on appliances like this. But it has it if you want it. Really can't get over how quiet it is. The racks have a fair bit of customization to them which is very useful. All in all I'm very happy with it. I'm glad we went with it over the many others we researched.

Very happy. This machine cleans so well. I espesically like how it cleans my coffee thermos. Saves me the trouble of handwashing. The top shelf saves my back from loading the utencils in the bottom. Best purchase. You won’t be disappointed.

This was a huge upgrade from our previous dish washer. Its super quiet and looks great. The drawers are versitle and you can fit plenty in it. I also appreciate being able to connect this to my sonos speakers to announce cycle completion!
