Door creaks when you open it. It's maddening to try and adjust all the adjustable stuff to get your dishes to fit properly. The top shelf has to be nearly slammed into the dishwasher so you don't grab that handle instead of the upper shelf. I keep getting stabbed by the blue latch on the upper edge of the door. Everything about it feels cheap and tinny and it washes no better than the 10 year old Kenmore Elite that it replaced. Also I'm pretty sure I've already damaged the door where you put the rinse solution while fighting to get it open. Way overpriced for what you get.

I love the amount of room for plates on the bottom shelf. I am, however, having issues trying to fit cereal bowls so that they get completely clean. I like the 3rd upper shelf for extra silverware, spatulas, etc. Very quiet. Still trying to figure out all of the control settings. Very nice looking.

The item was delivered on time and installed according to manufacturer's instructions. The item works as advertised and is a replacement for the previous type of dishwasher. Very satisfied.

Terrible service. First installation dish washer leaked. Second delivery, the front panel was damaged, but installer says, keep this for now we will get you a replacement. Third delivery Best Buy (BB) just didn’t show up at all, no phone call, no email. Apparently the unit was out of stock when they set up delivery appointment. I call BB and tell them, “Three strikes, your out” and Cancelled purchase. Best Buy asks for me to keep damaged unit for “negotiated” discount in price. I say no, set up time for Best Buy to uninstall and take away damaged unit. Day before get call telling me, i have to uninstall unit, all they will do is haul it away. Still waiting for BB to uninstall and take unit away. And, so far Best Buy doesn’t seem to be refunding full price for the unit and work NOT performed!

This washing machine is awesome. Just a complete game changer. We've had it for 8 months now and it has perfroemd flawlessly.

I've had this for only 2 weeks but so far I'm loving it. Washes great!! Dries well, but only with the boost, but even with the boost, the dishes on the third rack do not dry at all, they stay soaking wet. I love the wifi feature. I love the bottle jets. I love how I can customize configuration with lowering the tines on both the bottom and middle racks. I'm glad I slurged for this model. I just wish the third rack would dry. I thought it also had a half rack option but it either doesn't or I haven't figured it out yet.

A much needed upgrade in my home. I had no idea how poorly my previous washer had been doing until we got this one. Very impressed. Also very quiet.

Great design with several specific features to get every dish type cleaned. Opmitized and flexible trays to acomodatte a lot. Several washing cycles available for multiple purposes. High performance washing with several spray sections. Great product! Highly recommendable!

This works well and isn’t loud at all. I have noticed the dishes don’t dry properly on the top rack at times
