Not a big choice when looking for Black Stainless Steel.

I've tried everything, and am waiting for a service call. It only cleans if on the "heavy" cycle, and all items are rinsed before placing in the dishwasher. The bottom is also difficult to load, since the rack is very widely spaced apart.

Posted .We would like to give you some information to help your unit's drying issues. We recommend making sure you are using high efficiency detergent in a tablet or packet form. Additionally, check that the inlet water temperature is at least 120°F. For additional information you can visit the article titled "Dishwasher - Not Draining" on the GE Appliances website.
