I like the top rack and the utensil holders and the bottle holders. The only negative is the plastic parts. My old dishwasher had mainly stainless steel parts. The tub is steel, but the other parts are mainly plastic. I wasn't happy at first because the trim kit wasn't in the box or the installers didn't give it to me, but GE sent it for free. Also, I am missing 3 bottle holders so I will reach out to someone to get those. The dishwasher was expensive so I want all pieces. I haven't used it yet.

I have had a lot of different dishwasher but I think I finally have the best! I’ve always loved GE and it only gets better! Never go back with another brand!

I’ve had GE Profile dishwashers before, so when it was time to replace mine, I went with GE Profile again. It is very quiet, so quiet that I don’t hear it when standing next to it. Overall, a great product.

I have had this about 2 weeks now and i run it every other night or so. Its vey quite and does a great job washing everything. Its also surprisingly good at drying plastic. I love the bottle wash jets. They clean out coffee cups really well. I also really like the 3rd rack jets for the stubborn caked on cooking spoons. I put a glass dish in after making meatloaf and it came out sparkling cleam. I didn't pre wash it, i just scraped out what I could with a papertowel and loaded it in. I do keep the dry boost at normal because i put large plastic Tupperware on the bottom rack. But so far nothing has melted and most things come out dry.

I set out to find a quiet dishwasher and that’s exactly what you can expect with this product. Love all the features on this such as the special silverware and a section on the cup rack specifically for long cups or tumblers

- I initially purchased this dishwasher 4/2024, and it arrived with a major dent upon inspection. The item was repacked on the truck and returned. I was advised I would get a call from an 800 number to schedule a delivery of non-damaged merchandise. - Did not receive a call. Waited for the 'scheduling' button to be available on the website. After days of checking, the item showed cancelled. Logged into the chat to confirm what happened. After 45 minutes was told I had to go to the store location to order. Knowing this was because they cancelled the item and wouldn't reinstate, asked which store. Got a plethora of platitudes and no solid response. - Purchased at the store. Management was kind enough to comp delivery and haul away given experience. I noticed my card points were not reinstated, but figured I would use later on a Bravia TV as I was in the market and figured there was just a delay in reinstating. No big deal. Saved on services. - Second dishwasher arrived. Was confirmed dented. Again. I took a look and saw scratches and really flimsy drain line, decided GE Profile was probably not a great value. - Went back to the store to purchase a Bosch. Asked about reinstatement of points. Sales associate worked to get in touch with Member Rewards, but couldn't get anyone on the phone and order number we both validated kept erroring out on the automated call. - Called Rewards. This is where it all went downhill quickly. Associate explained first I used those reward points/dollars already. I did not. She admitted I did not, and began to explain since I opted for 18 month financing points did not apply. Reiterated multiple times before I could interject. Advised I'm aware of this, but I used previously earned points on the purchase and they were not refunded, was not expecting points/rewards dollars on the actual purchase. I also lost points earned post-junk dishwasher purchase. She said I used them already. Asked her on what. Could not confirm. She said I had $5 in rewards I could reinstate. Advised it was closer to $30-50. Went into each email after purchase and advised of amounts. She said I had to activate them. False. Once earned you don't have to activate. That's where they get you - send out rewards and if you don't use within 60 days they disappear (be wary of award denomination or they will disappear $5 at a time if not used). She argued. I read each email advising I did not need to act, but the reward dollars should be automatically available. She kept going on/off the call, got back on and said she can probably get points back in 7 days with no explanation. Obviously skeptical, asked for a manager. Was placed on hold 20 minutes and was told I would get a call back. As of now, no call back. If I don't get a call back today on this with points reinstated so I can still get my Bosch without paying for install, this situation is not going to end well. It's a matter of principal at this point.

This is a great replacement for our Samsung dishwasher that lasted about 14 years. Quiet and cleans well

It works well and is pretty quiet. It has a slight learning curve when you first get it, but it is easy to learn. The top drawer for silverware is amazing.

Extremely quite & does a great job cleaning & drying

excellent product. very very quiet. the only way to know the dishwasher is cleaning dishes is either to remember it has started or know the blue glowing led means a wash is active.

I really like the dishwasher, but the screws and harnesses that came with it were unsatisfactory.

Thus far very pleased with this purchase. The dishwasher is very quiet, has done a great job with cleaning and drying, and can take a good amount of dishes.

This replaced a Bosch that we thought was quiet, but you cannot even tell when this unit is running. It cleans well and completely dries the dishes when using the Dry Boost option.

Dent on the door got back $100.00 i dint want to go back so that was there only offer. Other then that dishwasher works great wife love it.

This is the quietest dishwasher I have ever owned. The dishes are also left very dry even after the normal dry cycle. Highly recommend
