I couldn't be happier with this dishwasher. It gets everything so clean. The silverware basket is space well and fits a lot. The third rack for bigger serveware and utensils is great and so convenient. It's designed well and very easy to use. We've only had it for a couple of weeks so I can't speak to the logevity of it, but it works so well. All the extra features are well worth the money. The smallest gripe I have is one of the tine rows on the bottom racks doesn't like to stay up, but I think it just needs to be adjusted to better sit in its catch and we just haven't gotten to it yet. Really small issue. Overall, this dishwasher is way better than I expected.

This GE dishwasher is the best dishwasher that we have ever had. The three drawers all get the dishes clean. We were concerned that the top shelf dishes would not get clean but they do. The engineering that went into the design is outstanding. We don’t even have to rinse the dishes off before we put them in the dishwasher. We really didn’t think that the dishwasher would clean the dishes as advertised but it was even better. I highly recommend this dishwasher to my friends and family.

The quietest dishwasher ever! Does a great job with lots of options. Third rack works really well for larger cooking utensils. Love the look!

Extremely quiet - can’t even hear it! Excellent washing results. Something I didn’t notice until after I started to use it - there’s a spraying system below the cutlery rack. Very happy 1 month in.

Exactly what I wanted!! Cleans stuck on food. Isn’t too noisy and has a third drawer on top! Couldn’t be happier.

So far, so good. We've only been using it for about a week, but all of my dishes come out very clean and a little dryer than with our previous dishwasher. The third rack is also very convenient and it had awesome little extra jets in the rack to clean the inside of water bottle. I do wish it had a pots/pans cycle, but I washed my oven grates on the heavy cycle and still see how that works.

Really like our new dishwasher. Stainless-Clean and sleek looking. We replaced a 16 yr old Ge black dishwasher. Gave 4 out of 5 stars as it’s not the quietest. For the top of the line GE profile microban model with the lowest decibels, I expected it to be xtra quiet.

No complaints with GE dishwasher. The GE product is moderately quiet but what I did notice I had a whirlpool previously that came with my home, and the dishwasher was quieter. Overall the features on the GE dishwasher is great and it cleans well. I like the extra storage space at top for flat objects and the jets for bottles are anything that needs to be cleaned from the inside with deep pockets, this was one of the game changers for my purchase decision.

Not as good as other dishwashers we used.. Stsin stays and closing door part is separated .. Need technician to fix.. How can I request a technician?

Overall, the machine is good and fits well with our household. It is quiet, and is easy enough to operate. The 3rd rack at the top eliminates the need for the flatware basket in the bottom rack (but it still comes with one and the design has direct jets underneath the basket when in place), which opens up more space for dishes on the bottom rack. The middle rack holds a lot of glassware, smaller items, etc., that you don't want on the bottom rack and includes jets and holders for stemware. While we haven't had this dishwasher very long (about a month due to a delivery delay) there are a few things that we don't particularly like. The bottom rack is too easy to pull completely out of the machine, which is a bit annoying; the controls are on the inside lip of the door - and while this provides a smooth and clean looking profile, its way too easy, easy, easy to hit the buttons by mistake while closing the door, and then the machine proceeds to start its cycle. Then you have to cancel it. I now try to avoid touching the lip when closing. We're trying to figure out why, on the bottom rack, the area designed for large (dinner-size) plates forces you to place them facing one direction, yet the space designated for smaller plates faces the other direction. Just a bit of a difference from our old dishwasher, so just another thing to get used to. By this time in the development of stainless steel finished appliance, I would have assumed that fingerprint resistant finishes were the norm, but they're not. Its the same issue as with our stove and fridge - it should be ubiquitous throughout the industry by now but isn't. So, you're gonna see fingerprints. We have run through all the cycles yet, but overall, we're pleased with the drying mode, with how clean the dishes come out and how quiet it is and how many washing choices we have.

Wheels fall off lower rack, had to add zip ties to the wheels. Insulation pad too thin, replaced with thicker insulation pad, appears to help dry out the water inside dishwasher door & sides after the cycle.

I had no idea what a poor job of cleaning my dishes was doing until I got this new one! Not only does it do an excellent job of cleaning, it’s extremely quiet and holds far more dishes.

First of all it is aesthetically pleasing. Sleek design with a pocket handle. This dishwasher is exceptionally quiet which is great for my open floor plan. I love the 3rd rack on top that keeps little things from falling to the bottom such as water bottle caps and straws. This model has a water bottle cleaning system too on the right side there are water jets built into the top rack that spray into the bottle. There are also clips to keep your water bottles from clanking around and hitting each other. It works awesome. It also has those jets on the right side under the silverware baskets that get silverware sparkling clean. The top rack also adjusts. It has a dry boost setting that gets dishes extra dry. Better than any dishwasher that I ever had. This is the best dishwasher I have ever owned. I would definitely recommend it.

Almost a year into this dishwasher and we have zero complaints. It’s quiet, does a thorough job of getting the dishes and cups clean. The top utensils shelf is a nice bonus area to individually place spoons and forks on their side for a good cleaning.

Works great! Don't need to prewash and waste water and time. Silverscomes out shinny clean. Love the jets for bottles and silverware. Large capacity for big pots and pans. Can do a load of dishes in less than 2hrs. The steam feature works great on dried in food. Very, very quite. Would totally make the same purchase. My last dishwasher was a Whirlpool purchased 2 years ago. Hated it! Will never buy Whirlpool appliances again. Top rack slider fell Part 2 times, along with the little plastic piece that hold the top drawer on its track. Samsung duffentlty raised the bar on this dishwasher.

We replaced our old GE Profile dishwasher with the new version of essentially the same model. Pleasantly surprised & pleased with the new version. It cleans better, uses less water, and is way quieter (a really big plus). It does take longer at same settings, but that’s not a complaint in this household. It has more options than the old machine, even an option for a quicker wash if you’re in a hurry.
