I recently purchased 5 new Stainless Steel GE Profile kitchen appliances from Pacific Sales, owned by Best Buy. One of the new units is a GE Profile 24" Dishwasher. It looks very nice and works well. It replaced a 20 year old GE dishwasher which had held up well but it was time to upgrade. My wife loves the Stainless Steel look and is now very happy. Life is good.

This is a fantastic dishwasher! Easy to use and runs so quietly I don’t even know it’s on! Dishes come out super clean. Great investment

Does a nice job cleaning and drying as long as you use a drying additive. Very quite, which was the most important thing for us.

We love our new dishwasher! It gets the dishes clean and dry! It’s the first dishwasher we’ve had that lives up to its promises and it’s quiet!!! We had a Bosch before and it never worked right. Always stick with GE

This dishwasher is really awesome. It's so quiet and powerful. The food grinder thing is great no need to rinse dishes first.

Still trying to learn how to operate this dishwasher, but it is very quiet. Only used it twice and may not use it much, so I leave it up to my wife since she makes a big mess when cooking a lot and it will come in handy during those times.

Cleans well. We had an install issue where water was leaking. And the sprayer in the bottom was not installed right. Best Buy came thru 5 stars and is replacing it.

3rd rack is quite useful. spoons and forks have seperate basket lift. best options with connecting with wifi. seperate row for big tumbler cleaning.

I will never buy another appliance from Best Buy and I have purchased over $4000 worth in the last year. Their customer service is the absolute worst. They leave parts off of their appliances and make you come into the store to get them to fix what they left off in the first place. They put you on endless Call centers somewhere in the world with people who cannot help you. They left off four small plastic parts totaling less than $20. And you would think it would be an easy fix. I am currently disabled and unable to go into the store, which is why I purchased online to begin with. Plus, no one in the store near me was able to help. I paid for the installation and the delivery guys were too inept to perform the install so I asked for a refund which they did not do. I had to schedule an independent third-party to Install. Now that I can run the dishwasher I noticed the wheels on the bottom drawer are missing. Simple fix right? Just send me some wheels right, wrong. I have been more than 14 days since the purchase. Why? I’ve been in the hospital with the back surgery. I cannot walk. I was unsuccessful purchasing the dishwasher at a store, and now I’m unable to go into a store to get them to fix what they screwed up in the first place. I have explained this four times to two chats assistance and going on the third Operator I’m currently on hold with. This all started over an hour and a half ago. Do not buy from Best Buy. I repeat, it is not a Best Buy. It is the Worst buy. Believe me I have a loudmouth and I will spread the word.

We purchased two of these dishwashers. Both had to be returned and replaced separately for mechanical problems. GE Profile is an excellent brand; we've never had a problem with GE Profile and we've used Profile appliances for many years. This is the first occurrence of a problem. Best Buy stood behind the warranty. Excellent service from Best Buy.

its actually really nice and works perfectly. it has its own water sprinkler for spoons and forks. really nice and do recommend

Very quiet running dishwasher. Many cycles to choose from. Very sleek looking . Third rack is nice addition. Steel drum is also a big plus.
