Very nice and quiet dishwasher, only reason for the 4 star review instead of 5 is because the touch buttons are almost too sensitive and when the door is open and your pants bump against them it changes the selected settings so you always have to double check it’s on the correct wash you want after it’s loaded. Other than that no complaints so far

Cleans and dries extremely well. Wish the rinse aid reservoir held a little more liquid, but hat is a really minor issue. We originally purchased the PDT785SYNFS which is the 39 dBA model. The logic board on that unit failed while under warranty. Replacement parts would not be available for three months due to COVID delay. We agreed to a trade out to this model, PDT775SYNFS, as a full warranty replacement. The units are essentially the same except this unit has two racks in lieu of three, and, this unit operates at 42 dBA in lieu of 39 dBA. We are much happier with, and prefer, the two-rack version. Tall glasses, wine glasses and dishware will fit much better in the upper basket than the three rack version. There is no noticeable noise difference in the models when operating. The noise difference is when filling with water. We can definitely hear the water filling on this model and could not on the 39 dBA. That is not an issue for us as we are rarely in the room the few times during a run that the machine is filling. If anything, hearing the water fill is assurance that the machine is running. We are very happy with both model versions. If we had to do it again, we would go with this model, PDT775SYNFS, because of the extra clearance on the top rack.

Thi is an excellent dish washer. It's fingerprint resistant and beautiful stainless Steel material.

Absolutely horrible experience. The dishwasher doesn’t work. The door that holds the detergent doesn’t open. Dishes are dirty. Now we find out we can’t take it back. What a nightmare!

overall the dishwasher is great. However, contrary to Best Buy website, the 3rd rack is NOT included!! I am still waiting on GE and Best Buy to get their communication figured out and for the rack to show up. (just over 2 weeks since install thus far). It's quiet, gets stuff clean and dry without melting plastic items. controls require a very light touch vs. buttons and can be locked out for children via the app and/or the control panel.

Barely over a month old and so far we're happy with this dishwasher, just not perfectly 5 star happy. Hopefully it will prove to be reliable. We did buy an extended warranty because we're a bit cynical these daze (pun intended) with new appliances It is totally quiet, attractive and has plenty of flexibility with the various cycles & controls options. WiFi isn't necessary, but does announce to your phone when cycle is complete. So far it has proven to do an excellent job to clean & to dry everything just fine. Unfortunately it does not hold as many dishes as our previous Whirlpool did. The bottom level tines are oddly setup/situated so that our dinner plates won't sit up straight ... they lean over so that we have to space them out to prevent them from hitting each other. No way we can get a full dinner party of dishes done in one go anymore. Ugh, a -2 stars for me (I'm the loader), but the rest of the family say I'm being too harsh, so only -1 star.

We had a good dishwasher that worked well but started growing mold in the bottom ... this one is QUIET! I installed it fairly easily - I bit tedious but really not bad. Capacity meets expectations- everything still fits. Most importantly, we have stopped prewashing/rinsing and even with all the dried ketchup from 3 kids every dish/silverware comes out clean. In a month of daily loads I think we have had to run 1 piece twice. Haven’t used the WiFi yet - don’t really see the point but the hidden upgrades with the WiFi enables series (all steel tub, etc) make this a great addition to the kitchen.

The dishwasher overall is amazing. VERY quiet. Often times, you have a concentrate to even hear it running. I have two minor complaints though. 1) the removable kickplate that came with our unit had to be modified to prevent it from making a popping noise (and bending). Doesn't effect how it operates, it was just annoying how everytime you opened the door all the way, it "popped" when closing the door. 2) the right rear roller wheel (it's actually two rollers on a plastic frame) that guides the bottom rack in and out came off. I put it back on (it slides on fairly easy, but it's loose. Other than that, very clean and sleek unit.

cleans great and too quiet to determine if running. Readings are difficult to read. Knowing its secure when close is difficulty Rather see a slide bar to achieve that

We just moved into our home and we needed to replace the dishwasher. I had this exact model in my previous home and didn’t hesitate purchasing it again. This dishwasher cleans dishes to a spotless finish and even dries plastic completely. It is so quiet you forget it’s running. This model also lets you install the optional 3rd rack with ease.

We have used our new dishwasher 3 times since install. We are very pleased with the way the GE Profile dishwasher cleans. We used to have to rinse our dishes before washing. No longer necessary. At 42dbm this dishwasher is incredibly quiet. We no longer have to turn up the volume on the tv while the dishwasher is running. Highly recommend this product.

Quiet while running and cleans very well. Does put off a bit of heat while drying but most all DW's do that, so cannot complain about. Love the bottle wash jets and the silverware jets!! Silverware comes out nice and clean even if they are not rinsed prior to being put in the dw. overall a great machine.

FINALLY, a dishwasher that works! After buying a KitchenAid nightmare, this GE Profile is a dream come true! It is simple to use, quiet, and I don’t have to “wash” my dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. It has hot water and actually drys the dishes.

This dishwasher is very quiet and cleans the dishes very well. I like that fact that there is a message saying the dishes are clean when the wash and dry cycle are complete. If anything could be better, it does not hold as many dishes as I would like, and it does not dry the dishes as well as I would like. However, I like the other features enough that I would buy this again.

This dishwasher has lovely stylish looks. The best thing it is soooo! Quiet. Our old one sounded like passenger plane landing and we had to close the doors to watch tv, not so for this model. We watch tv with the doors open and don’t even know it’s running. Does a great job of cleaning also and I mean really clean!!

This dishwasher is great for the kitchen. It is so quiet we have to make sure that its running. The different cycles and options make it great for all of your cleaning. The dishwasher makes it worth every dollar. Sometimes I feel like it put the dishes away..ha ha.

Really like the underneath drip pan and leak detection/protection system. This dishwasher does and excellent job cleaning, is very quiet and is easy to operate. We like the adjustable racks.

Love it! Very quiet! Originally we were going to purchase the 39 dBA model with the third rack but, it’s on back order I’m not disappointed we this model at all.

What a great dishwasher. Replaced a previous generation with it but the interior lay out makes it have more space to use AND IT IS SUPER QUIET!!

This dishwasher is so quiet that I had to check to see if it was even working! Looks great and actually blends in with my LG appliances already in my kitchen (LG did not have the features I wanted). Cleans well with lots of options!
