    The compressor fan has been replaced three times, the thermostat sensor was rotated 180 in the wrong place...moved it. Frost in freezer...bad gasket design...replaced with newly designed gasket, frost around gasket of ice maker door...bad ice maker door design..coming to replace with newly designed door with 2 gaskets...when he replaced the fan last time because the computer showed it was revving at too high rpms, removed metal bracket from the thermostat sensor that they said was causing the readings to be skewed. Contacted customer service today and was given a “consumer advocate” and a case #. They said that we must continue with the servicing of the unit. If, after today’s visit, we have to have service again, and the technician says it’s unrepairable, they’ll give us a new one. This is very unfortunate. I absolutely love the features of this fridge...but the lack of quality control and design of functional parts is appalling. Then, to add insult to that, to require me to go through yet another service call...on a refrigerator that is 4 months old! No thanks.

    Reviews online lowered their rating because they though it was noisy - not the case. Had a 2008 GE Profile and it's noise level was about the same. Lots more room for a packaged that fits in the same space as our old Frig.

    Junk don't buy appliances from best buy. I bought this fridge having issues and getting the run around from Best Buy.

    We’re on delivery number 3. Best Buy needs to ensure these units leave for delivery without damage. My time is being wasted and now I’m being told that I may want to pick another model less prone to shipping damage. Seriously?

    I've had GE appliances for over 15 years. Researched all different manufactures and GE still comes out on top. Refrigerator has good sold shelves and bins and the lighting inside is great, especially in the freezer area. Love this french door style and look of the entire refrigerator. Can't go wrong with GE !!

    Refrigerator was delivered nice looking g a d some nice features, only problem the compressor will not turn on so after loading the new one and going to bed woke up to a refrigerator where the temperature increased overnight and ruined all the food . Contacted Best Buy, manager has arranged for a loaner to be delivered tomorrow. Hopefully the loaner works and the replacement GE product is delivered on time and works.

    Well, my refrigerator bit the dust just before Thanksgiving, and I needed the replacement fairly quickly. Best Buy came through and set me up with a new refrigerator that matches my stove. It was delivered and installed just in time...a day before Thanksgiving! Well designed, love the feature "Auto Fill" on the ice/water in the door. The unit even counts the ounces of water it dispenses...cool!

    I purchased my refrigerator on 12/8 it got delivered on 12/19 it was installed on 12/27. I was told wait 24 hours before it would start making ice. It’s 1/8/23 and it’s still not making ice. The freezer isn’t freezing and ice is not icing.

    Bought this fridge on back order, delivered in the first week of January and the reason I bought this was the auto fill technology. Congratulations ! A nightmare ! It doesn’t work, brand new fridge and now Best Buy says NON RETURNABLE! Are you serious ? It’s Jan 30 th only today . Best Buy sucks and so GE because now all they are offering is a service who will come and try to fix it otherwise my $ 4000 went down the drain.

    This refrigerator was ordered in error — I wanted a “black stainless” but the model, and this picture was shown on the same page as the model refrigerator (regular stainless) as the one I ordered — but it’s a completely different model. I didn’t realize that until after the service consultant had placed the order — I just called back and ordered the model I really wanted but had to get it in “regular stainless” — this was a “website” error.

    This does everything we expected. It has plenty of room; the shelves are easily adjustable; it's very easy to see everything. So far, the only "problem" is that I had to stand on a stool to reach the very back of the top shelf. We absolutely love it and would highly recommend it!
