    We love th middle drawer and drawer freezer. Tons of room. Great service except some plastic wrap is embedded in its structure and difficult to remove. The service men removed most of it. Love it!

    Ice maker stopped working within a year of delivery. I discovered it was Manufactured November 2020. GE Delivered to Best Buy June 27, 2021. I thought I was purchasing a new refrigerator when I took delivery on September 27, 2021. Very disappointed. My 21yr old GE Profile refrigerator still works including the ice maker.

    Absolutely beautiful! This fridge is well built and beautiful. It has all the compartments we need for out family. Its stunning inside with the backlight. The ice maker is well placed that it doesn’t take up a lot of space. And the wifi function is very handed to control stuff from your iphone! A well priced mid luxury fridge.

    Looks amazing in our kitchen. Had an issue with the top freezer drawer not freezing things correctly which meant i had to throw some food away. I must have had the door open on accident but the door open alarm didnt sound. Great product just make sure you shut the freezer door nice and firm.

But we do regret that you had an issue with the freezer drawer and lost some food – we know that must have been frustrating. The Door Alarm feature is meant to help preserve food by making sure you’re alerted if the door/drawer is left ajar; the alarm won’t sound if the door is open between ½” to 3”, so we do recommend making sure the door is completely closed. If you have any further issues with items not staying frozen, you may want to make sure the gasket is sealing properly.     This refrigerator is a winner! Always Leary of new functions in a fridge but we just love the door in door swing out features and the design of the water and ice machine that allows you to fill a large cup! Would highly recommend

    Over all, a great refrigerator. We LOVE the backlighting as well as the auto fill water feature. It is suppose to be "anti" fingerprint, however we still see fingerprints. Not the end of the world, wipes off easily.

    Beautiful Appliance that has ask the bells and whistles we were looking but. Love the auto-fill water dispenser! And the meat and cheese chiller drawer. And of course the quick access did fit regularly used items.
