Fridge is amazing. We got a new home last year and we hated the fridge that came with the house. Same size fridge but somehow can hold so much more than our old one. Light it the back makes a huge difference. Smallest complaint is a small ice maker.

I have had it for a month now and have loved it. The space fits food for my family of 5. The lighting inside is really good. Only issues is that the auto fill feature on the water dispenser has a few times not notice the cup was full. Other than that happy with my purchase.

Love the refrigerator but bought it online and out of the box but in excellent condition, per the web site. I didn't see it until it was being loaded. I'd say it was in fair condition. Also missing 3 door handle screws and 4 set screws for the handles.

I had 2 of these refrigerators in 2 weeks! The first one's ice make made wet ice so it clumped together. When you asked for cubes, it came out like a snow cone. So the 2nd refrigerator was installed, the ice was not so wet, but when you ask for cubes, it comes out like chopped ice. GE sent a technician who said it was because I opened the refrigerator door too often. there are only 2 adults in my home and we do not open this refrigerator any more than our older refrigerator - the ice never stuck together and never came out like a snow cone or chopped!

We wanted a French door refrigerator that had a extra drawer so I researched all of them before finding this one! This GE Profile was the right size for our opening and has the exterior drawer we wanted. That drawer is very convenient for the most used items. The door-in-door is a lot more useful than you’d think too. Most refrigerators that have this feature also have glass to see inside and I didn’t want that big black window in the door. This is sleek and shiny, very bright inside. It would be hard to lose anything in this refrigerator! The ice maker senses when you hand is near and lights up in anticipation of ice or water use. (How does it know? Lol). The freezer has lots of room and, unlike a side by side, There is enough space to stay organized so you can see everything. All in all, this is the best refrigerator on the market for us!

Love this refrigerator! Our family really enjoys the door-in-door feature as well as the convertible drawer and the auto-fill water dispenser. Both the refrigerator and freezer areas cool well and quickly, and so far there have been no issues with extra moisture and freezer burn in the freezer and no over cooling in the refrigerator. The unit is generally quietly except for when the ice machine is filling up or dropping ice. The only drawback for us has been the ice dispenser which shoots ice everywhere when dispensing. We wish it was more uniform when dispensing but to adjust for this we have to hold our cups almost all the way up to the dispenser. That is about all we could see that needs to be fixed, otherwise, this unit really seems to be worth the money!

I love my new refrigerator so far! I haven’t had it long enough to give it a 5. The middle drawer is great for snacks and cheeses. I did have eggs in it at first. It’s was set at the 37 degree setting, the back eggs froze. Since it is so big and roomy I relocated them to the main part of the fridge. I did buy two lazy Susan’s to put dressings, jams and small jars on. Makes it much easier then moving things around to get to items in the back! I went from a side by side to the bottom freezer. It took a little reconfiguring…so far I love it! I had an LG that quit in less then 6 months. I replaced it with a Samsung that lasted less then 7 years with a lot of repair issues! So far we love it! Keeps food cold, fruit and vegetables fresh. It's wifi enabled, has the middle drawer and the divided door so we're not always opening the full fridge to get something quick. The freezer has ample space. Fills water bottles on auto.

I have had the refrigerator for 14 days. So far I am pleased after a hiccup on day 8. Freezer had frost between freezer drawer and lower freezer area and I could feel cold through door seal. Best Buy suggested returning appliance as it was within their 15 day return policy. Instead I contacted GE repair (and glad I did!!!). GE technician came in within 2 days. He knew immediately that the problem was that the freezer drawer was NOT attached properly. He removed drawer and attached it correctly. This took less than 10 minutes. As per the overall features: So far I am at least 80% pleased with design. Very happy with adjustable glass shelves. Having prior GE refrigerator, side by side (17 years), this was a feature that I looked for. However, door in door immediately disappointed me. An opened corked wine bottle would not fit and that shelf was NOT ADJUSTABLE. A Geek squad man jokingly said, "That would not be a problem for me as I would finish the wine right away." Not funny! Also: the items in the door in door are not as cold as I enjoy liquids, the ice cubes are small and ice bin maximum is certainly not for entertaining. Takeaway, you get more refrigerator space. I love the french door wide shelves, lighting is pretty, auto water fill is a treat, easy to wipe off smudges, and appliance is beautiful.

Nice looking. Scratches very easy. When it arrived was missing Allen set screws to put on the handles. Best Buy customer service was ZERO help. Over 7 calls to try to get parts. Had to figure it out on our own and order from manufacturer. All of that aside. 4 stars bc it’s a nice fridge overall. So far pleased.

Didn’t want this at first because in the store it looked very claustrophobic when you open the door and see how big the door boxes are. We had to get what would fit and this fit. It is very nice. Have been using 5 months now. This refrigerator is the largest I’ve ever had and fits way more than I expected. The ice maker is in the left door and works very well and stops when full. Like everything about it.

Purchased this last month. So far we love it! The back lighting is great. Ice maker is small, but efficient and very quiet. Working parts are mostly metal, so unlikely to break easily. (Our previous icemaker had a plastic corkscrew mechanism that cracked regularly). Good space in all compartments. The door-in-door took some getting used to, but now it's very convenient to get items most used without opening entire door and letting all the cold air out. Initial installation wasn't done properly, so GE sent their guy who installed the middle drawer properly and straightened the doors to be even with each other. We would recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful and spacious with excellent lighting! Middle drawer temperature is perfect for beverages. Love the soft close crisper drawers!

This fridge has been awesome for the few weeks that we have had it. It cools well, is quiet, and very bright inside. We originally had another brand and the water dispenser broke. We opted for this smaller fridge and moved the broken one to the basement for additional storage. For a family of 6, who eats pretty healthy, things can get tight. The door in door feature is nicer than I've seen in others and much easier for my kids access. Also, NO FINGERPRINTS! I mean, there are a few, but way less that what we used to have. One complaint I do have is the weight of this fridge. It is a beast! The movers said so when they moved it in and I often have to go behind my kids to close it because the doors are heavy and a gentle push won't close them. A second inconvenience is the autofill function. It almost never fills our cups. Half full at most...or half empty. :-)Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

Absolutely love the look and space that this refrigerator gives. It was very disappointed to know that the control panel and the converter drawer was not working. I've only had this refrigerator for three weeks and already have to have repair.

This fridge is perfect. The back lighting is great! Nice space for the food and the slide shelf is wonderful. I love having the extra door for quick grabbing of milk and juice. The pull out drawer is great for easy access for soda and extra fridge food storage! I highly recommend this refrigerator!!

We bought SIX GE products for our new home because they have been reliable in the past. Our 1 year old GE Profile washing machine had the drain pump go bad. It was about a month outside of the warranty I don’t know anyone who has the money to buy a new washer every year! I have never had a major appliance break after BARELY a year of use! That is absolute garbage! When we got our new GE profile refrigerator delivered, it was missing the whole inside of the middle drawer. They replace the whole refrigerator instead of sending the part it needed that could have been dropped in without an issue. The second refrigerator they sent has been the WORST appliance I have ever had! One of the bins on the door didn’t fit. They sent that part. The door handles had very sharp edges. They sent those parts. Then, when our warranty was almost up, the ice maker quit working and freezer drawer wouldn’t stay on the track. They honored the warranty for the repairs, but the ice maker quit working again. We had to fight with them to get them to cover repairs again. This cycle repeated over the next year, with the EXACT SAME issue on the ice maker. They replaced different parts 5 times, replacing EVERYTHING that could possibly replaced, but repairs never lasted more than a few months. The repair company FINALLY declared it unrepairable, but GE now tells me it’s out of warranty so they won’t replace it or refund my money. They want to give me a DISCOUNT on a brand new one. I don’t want to waste another dime of my money another GE product! Here we go again with the stress of another fight with them! I will NEVER buy GE again.

I love the light panel in the back. I can find items so much easier. The ice storage container makes it easy to retrieve large quantities of ice. The small door on the right top door keeps refrigerator cold as I remove frequently used items. The pull out drawer stores anything you want. The freezer has ample space for large quantities of items, and I love the shelf on the inside front to hold smaller items. I love my new GE refrigerator!

I love the clean smooth design. Really love the middle drawer feature!
