I love this fridge! I use the middle drawer for snacks. It’s the perfect level for the kids to open and get their own snack. The quick grab door for things like milk and juice is amazing. I feel it saves energy by not having to open up the big door. The full lighted back makes it easy to find what you’re looking for. No more food getting shoved to the back and hidden to spoil. I think I keep this fridge more organized just because of the functionality. Freezer is very roomy too. Best feature is the autofill water. It allows me to multi task while I’m filling my cup to walk out the door to work.

I was never a fan of the bottom drawer freezers. However I find that this refrigerator is great. I love the extra drawer inside the freezer. The flex refrigerator drawer is very handy. The inside lighting is nice and bright like a show room. The soft close crisper drawers are helpful. The ice maker does tend to shoot ice out in every direction but works well. The automatic water dispenser is very convenient. The outer door on the right has a shelf plenty large enough for a gallon of milk and more. Also has a swing out shelf large enough for large containers of juice or whatever. So far really loving this refrigerator. Would highly recommend.

    Overall a good unit

Overall, this is a good fridge. We did a lot of research before buying this one, and in general it seems like every brand has certain downfalls. First thing to know about this unit is GE Appliance is now owned by a Chinese company, Haier. So if you want something built and owned American, this isn't it. Pros: Unit has consistent temperatures. It is also very quiet, noticeably so compared to our old Whirlpool. The door shelves are also designed well and allow for big sized condiment bottles etc. The extra drawer is nice for keeping sodas and meats/cheeses a little cooler than the main compartment. The crisper drawers also seem to keep produce a little fresher than our old one as well. The back wall is a big light which is a lot nicer than one would expect. It really feels luxurious and makes it easier to find things. Neutral: The door in door seems like a gimmick to me. It doesn't keep any more air in than opening the whole door really so I just don't really understand the point. My wife likes it though. Cons: The unit runs a little warm. We have it set at 34 (as low as it allows) but the fresh food area stays at about 37. While this is fine as far as being safe etc, it's annoying that it doesn't cool to where it should. It should also be noted that we only know this through the use of thermometers because the unit does not report the current temp anywhere. Conversely to the main section, the middle drawer seems to run a little cooler than how it's set. However, the biggest downfall of this unit is the ice/water dispenser. The dispenser will give you 1 8oz glass of cold water before it starts coming out at room temp. Our old fridge would give glass after glass of cold water. Additionally, the ice maker makes smaller cubes that I would like and worse, appears to partially crush them even when set on cubed. Also, the Wi-Fi is pretty useless, basically gives you the same controls as on the front panel, though it does have Turbo Cool and Turbo Freeze modes buried in the app. Overall, we are happy with the unit and would buy it again. It seems that all brands have certain things you just have to deal with. For the GEs it's the warm water and kinda crappy ice dispenser. If you can deal with that, the rest of the fridge is very good.

It took me awhile to pick a refrigerator & I have to say I am very happy with this purchase. I really like the brightness of the interior and the sleek appearance. Also the right door can open partially to access the bottom drawer, and the shelves on right side. This Keeps fridge nice and cool while still being able to access items. The bottom freezer is spacious, and the drawers open all the way. Love it.

Had it just a month now, but loving it. Plenty of space, nicely organized, and seems high quality. Very quiet. Love the light wall that illuminates all within. Nice looking with touches of chrome on handles. Plate under water dispenser is removable to clean water spots. Since this is a G.E. product, there should be no issues getting service if needed whereas we experienced various issues getting service for the Samsung product this replaced.

This fridge is THE best appliance I have ever purchased. The features I love the most are the adjustable temp drawer, (I swear out luncheon meats are staying fresher for longer) the lighting in the fridge makes it effortless to spot what you need in the back and the ice/water dispenser have great features that give an extra nice touch. Plus, with our yearly membership, BestBuy delivered and installed the fridge for free, plus our Warrenty is over and above the manufacturers.

Love this refrigerator. The LED backlighting makes it easy to see everything. The extra drawer is convenient and you don't have to open the entire compartment to get a small item. The ice maker in the door makes it more roomy inside when you have large casserole dishes. The only complaint is that the ice dispenser motor is a little loud when you are getting ice cubes but the auto sensor for water dispensing is awesome.

This is literally the first fridge I’ve ever researched and purchased myself. My previous ones always came with the homes I’ve purchased. I did a lot of research before making my decision and I have to say that I’m so glad I chose this fridge. The backlit wall is amazing! The door in door is one of my most used features. I love that the freezer drawer doesn’t automatically shut on me as I’m trying to reach for things (my previous 4 door fridge constantly did that and it drove me nuts). I decided not to go with the counter depth fridge so that I would have more room inside and I’m glad I did. It’s quite a beast of a fridge ( they had to remove the front door to get it in the house) but we go through a LOT of produce in our home and needed a fridge that would hold it all. Also the produce drawers are slow close! The auto fill water feature is really neat, we played with it with different sized cups just to test it and it never failed us. Don’t let the price tag turn you away. It’s worth the price!!

Great refrigerator/freezer. The extra drawer makes easy access to sodas waters and other quick grab items without opening full fridge. Same with the right doors quick grab feature. Backlighting in main refrigerator is awesome. Plenty of freezer space

I’ve had my new refrigerator for a few weeks and so far it’s been great. I’m very pleased with the performance so far. This is my second GE Profile French-Door refrigerator I’ve had — the first one lasted for 14 years, and was still operating when I replaced it with this model, so if I get as many years out of this new one I’ll be thrilled with that. This new model has an additional 3 sq feet of space which is great. I love the light wall and the temperature-controlled deli/snack/meat drawer is wonderful. The freezer section is fabulous — My other freezer drawers were “packed” but with my new GE Profile, I still have plenty of room. The “in-door” icemaker is a plus, and the “metal” mechanism is a real plus, so much better and sturdier than plastic — I love the fact that it doesn’t take up a shelf in the fridge or take up room in the bottom freezer, and removal of the ice bucket is very easy. I had read some reviews prior to my purchase that said the water filter was difficult to change, but when I checked that out, I didn’t experience any problems with that. The shelves are wider, which is nice, but the one thing that would make them better is “if they slid out” (my old GE Profile offered that feature, and it really came in handy). I looked for this feature in other manufacturers and no one offers this feature — maybe GE will bring it back. I really like the “soft-close” drawers. The “door-in-door” feature on the right side of the refrigerator is okay — it wasn’t a make or break deal for me — so far, I’ve probably only utilized it a couple of times — maybe because it’s just not something I’m accustomed to, but once I’ve had the unit longer I’ll use it more. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase, but I really wish they had offered this model in “Black Stainless”!

We purchased this refrigerator to replace our 16 year old side by side. Obviously this was a giant upgrade in space, and we absolutely love it. It’s so well lit, and very easy to see everything inside, even in the drawers. The sensor water fill is a nice option too. It helps save time when filling larger containers/bottles. Love the middle flex drawer, it gives you so many options. We use for drinks and holds a ton. The Wi-Fi is nice too. When my son didn’t close the freezer all the way it sent me a text to tell me the drawer wasn’t closed. I thought that was pretty cool, and helpful. The refrigerator is larger than our old one, and we did have to alter our older kitchen cabinets to allow it to fit, but it was definitely worth it. So far we couldn’t be happier.

Glad we got the 2nd drawer model. It is worth it. The back wall lighting is great. The autofill water dispenser feature is cool too. We has a GE counter depth refrigerator, but it was just too small inside and was not able to store much. This sticks out about 5" further, but it's worth it to have the extra space.

This fridge in 3 words: SPACIOUS. CUSTOMIZABLE. APPEALING. There are so many pros that were an upgrade from our last fridge! 1. the depth of the fridge adds so much storage space. 2.The drawers with customizable adjustments to fit your storage is so useful. We are now able to keep our fridge more organized with a meat section, frozen packaged foods, fresh fruits, veggies, etc. The snack/ wine drawer is perfect. I love that you can customize the temperatures to each section. 3. The finger print resistant door is a plus! Also the LED from the back of the fridge lights up everything in the fridge well. The fridge is pricey but 2 weeks in and my whole family really enjoys the fridge.

Wow! My wife and I LOVE this refrigerator. This thing is super quiet (we can barely hear it standing right next to it) and it is very roomy! It has an extremely high quality look and feel. We really like the snack drawer below the french doors. We keep things like sliced cheeses, yogurts, etc. in there. The ice maker works great and I like the size and shape of the ice cubes it produces. The BestBuy installers did a great job installing it and cleaning up after themselves. So far everything works exactly as designed, no problems whatsoever. I did read some bad reviews of this model here, but we have not experienced any of the issues described by others. I have seen this before. Sometimes manufacturers have production issues with early units, but those issues eventually all get ironed out by their Quality Assurance (QA) people. BestBuy had it in stock and gave us a great price. Overall we are quite impressed and very happy...

This thing has every feature we wanted and a few we didn't care about that ended up being some of our favorite things. Really good stuff: The LED back-light makes the choirs of heaven sing every time the door opens The door in door wasn't on our checklist but with the swivel bin it is the best thing we didn't know we needed Things that prevented this from being perfect: The snack drawer and freezer hit temps perfectly but the fridge runs hot, it struggled to keep temperature below 40F even when set to the lowest temp setting, 34F I beleive... until I found in the app a setting for "turbo cool" that seems to not be accessible any other way than via the App and since I have engaged that setting it has been holding temp just fine Magnets have scratched the "stainless steel" finish after just a month The ice machine leaves water drips after dispensing ice Besides some very minor inconveniences this is as close to ideal as any refrigerator we had looked at, 2 or 3 minor tweaks and this thing would be perfect

Replaced an LG 4 door with this model of GE. Love the sensor water dispenser. Ice dispenses a little wild and misses the glass occasionally. Open door alarm goes off once in awhile even though the doors are closed. Opening and closing the left door solves the issue. Keeps food cold and fresh. The wall of lights gives great view of the interior. Would recommend this model.

I loved all the features. The water dispenser you can just leave a glass or a picture up there and it automatically refills. The light in the back of the refrigerator. The way to open up the outside of the fridge raider to get what you want The Middle drawer to keep my cheeses, etc. The only thing that we didn’t like was the Refrigerated door on the right had a wave to it which you could feel and looked like it was dented. It’s hard to describe. Refrigerator door panel was told could not be replaced. I would have to replaced the whole refrigerator. We were hesitant in returning it but I know looking at that door bothered us a lot.
