We were very upset that on the Wednesday it was to arrive and it was not on the truck. We had emptied the old fridge and had sold it. The delivery did not arrive until the following Monday with no explanation after multiple dead end customer service calls . I have sent two negative reviews to Best Buy without a response via Best Buy generated surveys. So if you asked about Best Buy my rating would be a big ZERO

The interior lighting is the best I've ever seen on a refrigerator. My favorite feature is the autofilling pitcher, it's much faster than my water cooler and tastes great. It doesn't shift around like my previous fridge, it stays put.

The shelving height, width, and depth dimensions are amazing allowing for a great amount of additional storage. A quiet, efficient system and sleek looking as well! A++, no doubts.

It does have an alarm but it's a little quiet and if you have kids they aren't patient enough to wait and listen for the water to stop flowing after they've shut the door. Which after paying $3k you shouldn't have to do. Not sure what the remedy for this is.... did not see this issue in the reviews I read before purchasing altho I do see quite a few complaints about it now. The other issue is the protective plastic is stuck between the drawer face and top of drawer and when the delivery guys removed it left frayed plastic along the edge. Not a clean look. It's a good looking refrigerator and it's too bad that a water pitcher is giving it a bad name.

I've tried to figure out what might cause it but it seems to be random. Turning off the ice and water didn't make a difference. It's not a subtle sound, it just bangs randomly, sometimes multiple times an hour. I can't recommend this fridge to anyone with an open floor plan that might have to hear it when not in the kitchen.

These sounds are normal and can come from the compressor starting or restarting, cooling parts expanding or contracting during defrost, or ice being made and dropping into the ice bin.
