Other than that really love it.

Buyer Beware - Flawed Handle Design

The smart features are kind of useless, but work. Cons: First fridge delivered took >24hr to cool. Then after a week delivery, the freezer stopped working. The next day, the fridge also stopped working. Additionally, the right handle doesn't work properly - it only opens the door-in-door no matter what. I think this is a GE design flaw as the internal latch to the right handle doesn't latch to the entire right side door. (The second fridge delivered had the same right handle issue.)

It looks so good and the lay out so neat, there was no way I could get a different one. We decided to use three of the spaces as a refrigerator and the one with the oversize ice drawer as a freezer. Then we will get a full size upright freezer to go in our pantry. We love the fifth door that allows the main door to stay closed as we access drinks and other quick grab items.

I especially love that the convertible freezer space can be switch to refrigerator mode. I love having the doors as opposed to a pull freezer drawer. So far it’s the best fridge I’ve owned.

I love the drawers in the freezer w/ side by side opening doors... no more freezer packed with the end lost items. Love that one is flex space. The space in the fridge doors is amazing too.

The door-in-door stands out as our favorite feature after 1 month of use. The convertible zone should also be really useful, although if you don’t use it as a freezer, I think the one dedicated freezer quadrant wouls be frustratingly tiny. I have a few concerns though: my fridge was delivered with multiple interior scratches, and when Best Buy shipped out a second fridge it had even more scratches. This was not the fault of the delivery team but rather an issue at the manufacturing end, i think. Next, the auto-fill pitcher has stopped refilling. The control panel says “Err” and the replace filter light is on. This is all after just 1 month of use. Prior to it stopping working, the pitcher had a small leak since day 1. I’m glad i have the extended warranty, but this doesn’t bode well for the long-term durability of this appliance.
