So far so good though. It’s nice and I really like the double doors down below instead of the drawer freezer that’s available on most other models

I love that I can pause the water pitcher refill and ice maker. The door that opens two ways is a great addition to the fridge. Would definitely recommend it.

Door on Door Problem

It will only open the first door even without using the lever that's meat to open it. When you open the upper left door, since the upper right door does not latch properly, it will open when you close the upper left door. You have to make sure you're aware that the right-hand side door is open otherwise, it will just be open the whole time. BestBuy replaced it today (Saturday) but the replacement has the same exact problem. Disappointed!!

Broken drawer in new refrigerator freezer.

I ordered a replacement thru customer service, but it came with a shattered/broken corner also. I ordered ANOTHER one today. I HOPE it comes undamaged!!!
