    We really are pleased with the refrigerator, but not with the installation. We have features that are not working or installed properly.

    I fell in love with this refrigerator in the store and was so excited to receive it. Upon receiving the refrigerator i noticed a larfe dent on the bottom left door so I xalled to have it replaced two days later I recieved a new refrigerator this one was not only dented but the right door in door came open every time you pulled the handle instead of the regular door. So i called and refrigerator #3 comes also dented and the door had the same problem I called again. Refrigerator #4 cones NO dents but once again the door isnt right. Im finally so fed up it is being returned on wednesday. To say im disappointed us an understatement. Its a new modle so buy at your own risk but this has been the most frustrating experience

    It is aesthetically very nice but unfortunately it was received dead on arrival. Best Buy initiated a return order but keeps postponing pick up. They needed a person at home in a 12 hour span but as working individuals, we had to uselessly take off from work.

    Ice maker or water line inside fridge leaks water all over floor!!

    We purchased this item and didn’t get a chance to enjoy it. Best Buy kept canceling our scheduled delivery. After 5 canceled installs we asked for our money back

    Although it took 3 deliveries and still got one with a dent. First delivery the convertible zone did not work. Second delivery had a dent in the door. Third delivery has a dent in the door, but I thought customer service and I worked out a deal.. keep the existing unit and get a gift card.. Been over a month so I called and the gift card was cancelled. It has been resubmitted but not holding my breath. Should of just exchanged again.Customer Service for Best buy is difficult.

    This fridge is fantastic. The back lighting is awesome. French door freezer is way more convenient than a draw. Storage quantity is great. Fresh water in the door is brilliant. Love this fridge.

    Something you should check

    By accident i left a cup thst had been filled with ice out. After melting there was black whispy stuff in the water from the meltef ice. It was new, i had ran a buch of water through the filter, and decided to te check. Threw out that entire drawer of ice out (3 times) and still had the problem. Also the refrigerator set temp at 35 degrees, but holds at 40-41 depending on shelf. Be aware, cause your right on the cusp of safe holding temps. Im returning this
