    The knob came broken and needs replacement. Having a lot of issue getting uninstalled and replaced

    I had this purchased not long ago and after factory warranty expited, my unit also expired. So had to replace it something else.

    Item had to be reordered. Installer said it was defective (he put it in backwards, I had to tell him the knobs go in front). Still waiting for new one to be installed.
