Common Manufacturing Error - Warped Steel Frame

We have been through three of these (currently waiting on delivery of our fourth), and on all three the stainless steel frame on the front edge isn't straight. The sides sit flush with the counter, but the center has a gap (leaving a space where crumbs could fall down, and allowing the stainless steel in the knob area to wiggle up and down). We've confirmed that our counters are level, etc... the delivery guys say this is an issue with "about 90% of them." We continue to try to find a non-flawed one, or at least a less-flawed one (some of the three we've received so far were better than others), but we're losing hope.

Can’t Handle the heat

One melted first time we cooked on the cooktop. Have had for 3 weeks and 4 of 5 have heat damage. This is a GE design problem, not the fault of Best Buy.

I feel that the burners are just a tad bit too high though. The clearance between my stove and microwave doesn’t seem to be enough. The heat is causing my microwave to malfunction. Now the light and vent fan aren't working.

When delivered, no skillet at all. Called in to best buy and ask why. Rep said it doesn't come with it. Very disappointed and deceiving.

Which are heavy metal. . Easy to install if you had prior GE model in there . Power boil works well. This is not cheapy stivetop. I loved my prior GE top this one is definetly better.
