Like the product overall, but it takes WAAY too long to pre-heat. From start to 425degrees takes more than 20 minutes. Other than that, it is easy to use and functional. Very quiet!

Love the look of it. I find it difficult to navigate working both the upper and lower ovens at the same time. Maybe it is the learning curve, but it is not easy to figure out for me. Hard to distinguish if the settings you are using (or changing) is for the upper or lower oven. Wish there was an indicator to let you know. The microwave is annoying in that you have to press the button so many times just to make it turn on... I mean, really, you have to press microwave, then individually set what you want to do (by time, by weight, defrost, cook, etc), then how long you want to microwave it (only in 15 sec. intervals), then what power you want to cook with, then finally hit Start! (Saving grace is that there is a "add 30 sec" button, which is the only thing you have to just press once!)

Love the product. It fits right in no cutting needed. Easy to use. And it definitely brings the classy looks to my kitchen. Only thing I don't like is the convection microwave door open towards you so it's hard reach back to clean. I need to use step stool.

I have now had this oven a full 2 years. I am absolutely in love with it! I am a baker and so the "proof" modes in both the lower and upper ovens is a feature I use often. I also love that I can use the upper oven convection feature when I need to bake extra or want less heat in the kitchen for a small meal. The microwave has many useful features, but I do wish it were a higher wattage, but these lower wattage ovens seem to be the norm in combination units. As an aside, this was my first (but not my last!) major appliance purchase from Best Buy. I honestly never even thought about looking at BB for a major appliance until my oven died on around December 15th! Best Buy turned out to be the only place that could deliver and install an oven like what I wanted before Christmas, and that was a must for me. The price was even better than other places I had looked. The installers for this (and for my subsequent other purchases) were amazing. A slight modification was needed to get the oven in and they were able to handle that for me without the need for me to reschedule for a VERY reasonable fee.

GE left off a few things that we feel should be basic. 1. Microwave - We are limited to cooking in 15-second increments. I find this very disappointing (not known before we purchased). We use the 10 or 12 second setting for many cooking needs. What millennials chose 15 seconds as the minimum time increment - how much cooking experience did they have in the basement 2. Microwave - The end of cycle beep or notification -"Off or Normal" - totally inadequate; it is so quiet that if we are attending to other details of the impending meal, we do not know the microwave function has been completed; also, it does not repeat or remind or us that our requested operation has been completed - major factor if we knew before buying

The only thing I'm not crazy about is the button (dial), you have to press this for cooking times, etc. Seems a little redundant, having to press twice. And over time I'm hoping the button or dial stands up.

Appliance was delivered and installed very professionally by Best Buy Geeks. Everything works as it should and the ovens are quite an improvement over the ones they replaced Very happy with my purchase.

The GE profile is an excellent product. Chose Best Buy to support the smaller store compared to some of the others. Been using it now for a while and it's so much more advanced than our previous oven/microwave combination. Quieter, more features, and attractive. Ease of purchase excellent, product is excellent, but beware with delivery. If you live between two stores as we do (Cottonwood, AZ) the Prescott store services that area. It took 4 times to get the item delivered so there were 3 days waiting at home for the delivery to occur, which it didn't. The fourth time the install was professional, but the inconvenience and the lost time at work the previous three times was more than frustrating. So if you live an hour away from the store you may want to consider purchasing from a store that is closer to you so the delivery is when they say it it going to be. Was provided a gift card for my inconvenience, but did not get the installation fee waived, even though on the phone it was promised.

We remodeled our kitchen last year and I added this double oven. I love the fact that the upper oven is a dual microwave and conventional oven. Another plus is that both ovens can be used as warmers. Once you have that Thanksgiving dinner ready to go, you can keep everything warm until all the guests have arrived. The only negative is that the microwave, even at the lowest recommended mounting height, is a little on the high side for my daughters.

I’ve been using the oven for a few weeks now from baking to cooking dinners and it’s great. So far it’s been east to use and I love how it looks and the slate grey color

I have used the microwave, convection oven and wall oven and all work well, are quiet and easy to use. The unit looks stylish, clean and updated in my kitchen. I paired it with a Kitchen Aide dishwasher and refrigerator because they were already existing, and they match up fine. My only issue with the unit is that the wall oven seems to take a little while to preheat, when compared to my previous existing GE Profile, but everything baked has come out perfectly so no complaints there.

I bought this appliance from Best buy in May. It didn't get installed until late June. The installation didn't fit properly. The oven doesn't heat properly. It takes 12 minutes before the oven tells you it's preheated to 350°. The oven is not user friendly. Neither is the microwave. I regret my purchase. I would not recommend this appliance to a friend or a family member.

We have used this oven/microwave for 2 weeks. There was a 3 month delay in delivery probably due to Covid virus. The features are numerous and a great help in the kitchen. The design is modern. However, we scheduled a GE tech to come out next week because the turntable does not always work when in microwave mode. I hope it is not indicative of further issues.

Love the microwave features. The convection option really works like an air fryer. I would have liked for it to have came with a metal basket as well as the metal rack for the convection cooking. We have not used the lower oven yet but im sure it will bake with perfection.

Definitely different from my old unit so still getting used to the controls. So far it is an upgrade. Microwave works good but does not seem to get food as hot, even though using power level 10. Oven is great

This unit fit perfectly into our space. Once it was installed, we were thrilled with how easy it was to use. It cooks evenly and looks great.

I am most impressed with this oven. I especially like the true convection -- that doesn't heat at a lower temp than displayed to keep cooking times the same as non-convection cooking. The oven lighting is excellent. You can readily see what you're cooking.

I did research comparing open box and outlet opportunities for major name brands (Kitchenaid, JennAir) and found that for the cost of an outlet option (most of the time they wont ship) I could get this GE new. Local appliance salesman has GE appliances in his and his families houses and recommends them to his customer. I'm not brand sensitive but wasn't really looking for GE... that being said, the featurs you get with this oven (as I'm sure your own research is showing you) puts it in a pretty elite category considering the price of buying new vs taking your chances on a warranty-free ebay purchase or an outlet store option (with associated scratches, dents, and shipping hassles). This has the option to use the microwave as a convection oven instead of a microwave, has a rolling oven rack (amazing) and has self-clean porcelain coated oven racks. No obnoxious bright blue interior.
