I have baked muffins and they came perfect, they looked like a food picture you would find in a magazine. I also baked a pork roast that was cooked to perfection, I believe the heat distribution is perfect So far very happy!

I have Model #: PT7800SHSS. Appliance was installed by builder. Right at 2 years the Magnetron burned up on microwave (see pics). The microwave was used almost exclusively for making popcorn. The Magnetron listed in manual has been changed to a new part number which suggests a known issue. I will contact GE in the morning to see what they are willing to do to stand behind product. As it stands now. There is only a Limited 1 yr warranty on parts and service (which exp 1 yr ago, how convenient). The service appt is $119 to show up. Parts and Labor additional. Part is listed at ~$100. Labor will be at least that much. That estimate is as long as nothing else burned up in the process. I will update this review after talking with GE. If GE does not work with me on this, I will not bother updating and will instead purchase a higher quality appliance.

Great upgrade from our old double oven. We were able to install ourselves and get it running perfectly

I like this oven/microwave combo so much that I bought a second unit to install in a new home I just moved to that matches the one I put in my previous house!

Johnny at the Pasadena Best Buy/Pacific Sales store has been invaluable in our buying process for our kitchen remodel. Our intent was only to buy a new fridge and cooktop. Our new fridge is an open box but he was very confident that it will function like new as it was in very good condition with the manufacturer's warranty intact. And after dealing with Johnny on those purchases, we ended up going back to him to pick up this wall oven unit, vent hood, washer and dryer as well as the pedestals. He was on the lookout for price match and rebates as well as upcoming deals that helped us make the most use of our budget. I hardly write reviews. This would be my 3rd review ever. But it is my pleasure to be writing this review for Johnny and his boss Herb as they have been super helpful; pre, during and post purchase - an end-to-end experience that defines customer service. I will definitely refer friends and family to Johnny and team there.

I love my new oven. I've used it a few times and it's pretty awesome. Funny thing is the timer can be set by the second but not when using the microwave. It sets at a 15 second increment. Pretty minor, it doesn't really bother me.

So far it's doing okay. We miss some of the options from our last microwave, a different brand. This was "in stock" and we only waited a month, as opposed to waiting 4 months. Not a big fan of the door opening down, instead of sideways and it makes a rattling sound when in use. Would I buy it again? All things being equal, no. But it is just a microwave and it does what it is supposed to do.

Product is great- the only thing is the sales representative should have knowledge of the product that it requires a 220 outlet!

This is our second purchase of this unit. Used first previously for over a year and had to replace due to flooding. Great integrated unit with microwave, convection oven and std oven (great width at 30”). Benefit of double oven capability plus microwave.

Used the oven just in time for the holidays- Confection is the way to go, best Turkey in the 40 years I have been cooking. My experience with the PACIFIC sales team was A+- Love this micro and oven combo. Oh, install went great!!!!!

If you do not want a true double oven or dont have the space for a double oven and extra microwave, this is the perfect product. The microwave has a bake function and works really well. Not a gimic. Cant wait to use both to prepare thanksgiving feast.

I'm loving my new over/microwave unit. It's very easy to learn, and even easier to use. There are many settings that are pre-set, so all you have to do is choose the item/food and push 'start'. Plus, it looks nice!

I can bake 2 items at once with this combo!! I love that the microwave is also a convection oven and I can use it for smaller baking jobs. So happy with this purchase, I highly recommend.!!

This oven and convection/microwave keeps serious butt and looks fantastic. It has changed our kitchen and the foods we now eat. My daughters bake because of this oven!

Easy installation and works beautifully! Very happy with this purchase. The last unit was around for about 14 years. This felt like such an upgrade.

Had it over a year it replaced an order GE Profile, unit looks great and has been working with no issues.

Purchased a brand new LG unit prior as wife liked the inside color better, but the LG unit had issues upon install. This unit looks nice, works as expected, and so far so good.
