I was worried about fitting into the cabinet so I bought the same brand. Microwave works great. For a gas oven, it takes a long time for it to reach desired temperature. I would expect it for an electric but not gas oven. For this reason, I gave it 3 stars and would not recommend this oven.

The stainless is beautiful and one control for both ovens is nice, however, one has to go through too many steps to get to the desired feature. The non roller racks are on the hard side to pull out and much harder to put back in the oven, even the installer had difficulties putting the racks in. This unit is a huge improvement over our other combo. Despite the two negatives I mentioned, it is still a great combo.

Held my refund on on item in hostage and wouldn't give it back with threats of protest with news stattions and get permits to protest in front of their store. After they knew i meant business they finally cut us a check. I spent over 9000.00 and the refund on an item was only 600.00 plus dollars. No need of thus kind of treatment from Best Buys and Citi Bank.
