The meat probe does not seem to work well and the oven automatically shuts off when the probe thinks the meat has reached temperature. The steam clean was not very strong in that once the time was up, the water left wasn't very warm. The roll-out rack is very difficult to remove and reinsert. When baking cookies and trying to use two racks, the heat did not seem evenly distributed.

We recommend putting a small amount of vegetable oil on a soft cloth or paper towel and rub the oil onto the left and right edge of the racks, ensuring they are lightly coated. To access the Air Fry feature, select More then select Air Fry followed by the desired set temperature and press Start. We encourage you to contact Best Buy if needed. Huge Disappointment
