Posted .We're happy to hear that you like the oven, but sorry that you had a damaged delivery and some features are not working. To access the Air Fry feature, select More then select Air Fry followed by the desired set temperature and press Start. We encourage you to contact Best Buy if needed. Huge Disappointment
