New oven was installed by Best Buy Jan 22 and wife loves it. Her only problem was needing help hooking up Bluetooth to microwave and hooking up to WIFI and not getting a printed manual. She especially loves the air fry feature

I am really happy with our new range. Just love the oven air fryer. Now I don't have to lug the old, heavy air fry around. Now the old one will have a permanent spot in the RV. The only negative is the stove cooktop control are very easy to accidentally turn on. I keep the control locked as afraid one of the grandkids with accidentally turn them on and I don't see it happen. Over all I would recommend this range to anyone.

We had the mother board replaced the first year and now we need to replace it again. Where the dials are located you can't drop any liquid or food on it. The stove turns off on its own while cooking. How do you clean a stove if you can't wipe off with water or anything damp. it was too expensive to just throw away. It looks great but that is the only good thing.

When cleaning the cooktop or controls, we recommend using the lock controls feature, this helps guard against unintended activation of the touch controls. To lock, simply touch and hold the "Lock Control" pad for three seconds; to unlock, repeat.
Regarding the control board of your unit not working, we recommend reaching out to our Bodewell service team at 1-833-426-3393 to schedule an appointment.
