BestBuy had the best price around town on our refrigerator purchase. One of the features that we love is how the back panel is the light source instead of having one bulb that partially lights the refrigerator. The automatic water dispenser is a nice feature as well.

Over all, a great refrigerator. We LOVE the backlighting as well as the auto fill water feature. It is suppose to be "anti" fingerprint, however we still see fingerprints. Not the end of the world, wipes off easily.

Purchased for new build home with standard size front door. Installers did not want to walk around back of home to enter through large door sliders. Clearly they were not happy from the start. They took the handles off the fridge and the front door off the home and shoved it through. They ripped a piece of the insulation around the home's door and dented the door jambs. The fridge had a small ding at the top and the natural curve in the fridge door has a flat spot that did not pop back out. Granted you can only see the flattening when the light is on it a certain way. But you see it. The worst thing is they ripped 2 spots on the LVP flooring, despite the wheels. Obviously they just plopped the fridge down and shoved it into place ripping the brand new flooring (wheels???). Now the builder will not fix it because they say it's the BB delivery's fault. Very unhappy.

I have been extremely satisfied with the purchase of the GE Profile refrigerator. The chiller drawer works extremely well and there is a tremendous amount of space everywhere.

Love the backlit honeycomb back panel and private moving company dented and scratched the front of my first one so have that one to my daughter and bought another one exactly like it

Beautiful Appliance that has ask the bells and whistles we were looking but. Love the auto-fill water dispenser! And the meat and cheese chiller drawer. And of course the quick access did fit regularly used items.

Love the functionality of this refrigerator. This is perfect for my family size of 5. Step up from my last refrigerator. The freezer provides plenty of space and I love the dividers it has.

So far so good, time will tell this GE replaced an LG refrigerator that i bought on 2018 and only lasted 5 years.

We bought along with a Totaltech membership. After installed, it emitted a piercing high pitch whine anytime it operated over 0.1 kwh (I logged the issues and discovered a pattern after consulting with the app). I think it was damaged on install (I watched the installers tilt it when removing it from the box, and instead of letting it down carefully, they dropped it. They repeated that 4 times for each side of the box that they were cutting). Because of the high pitch nature of the noise, I assumed it had something to do with the inverter compressor). Using the Totaltech membership, we had service come, and he was in my house for no more than 1 minute when he said there was nothing he could do without being able to hear the noise. He recommended getting the replacement through the Totaltech membership. So we just got identical fridge #2, and it came in terrible shape. It looks like there is a burn mark inside the freezer, there is spray foam insulation bulging out of a vent in the freezer, there were bugs in the fridge, a dent on the upper corner, it is oozing some sort of grease all around the seal and even on the icemaker, and the middle drawer squeaks and groans every time you pull it out and push it back in. To top it off, when you have the front doors open, the front face of the fridge is scalding hot, registering as high as 115-120 F on an infrared thermometer I have (and no, it is not improperly ventilated, it is in the same space as my previous fridge which didn't have this problem). Terrible build quality and how can they explain the bugs in it? On to a third fridge, hopefully the third time is the charm.
