Love this unit. It cools quick and super quiet. I love the low maintenance with the evaporative system, so draining is minimal.

I bought this portable AC unit because I desperately needed something to cool off my room. Set up was super easy and quick! Within MINUTES, I could feel the room geting cooler which felt like a miracle. My room was sitting in the 80s and within the hour I was down to 68. It is a little noisy at full speed, but nothing that's obnoxious. Honestly, its worth every dang penny.

Simple to set up no lifting or window damage. Works well remote is convenient a little pricey

It was a great unit, cooled very efficiently and was extremely quiet. It was super easy to setup. Took a matter of about 20 minutes to get it installed and get it turned on. Only issue I had was with it being dual hose, I felt as though my allergies were acting up worse. The inlet hose is designed to help cool the compressor and condenser and then exhaust that air back out so you don’t create that negative pressure that the single hose units cause. But I think it was just pulling in pollen ever so slightly and causing my allergies to act up so I had to take it back. If you don’t have allergies, or you’re willing to try and figure out some sort of intake filtration I think it’s the perfect unit! But maybe GE could eventually make a filter as an add-on or include it with future models.

This product has been absolutely a game changer! For some reason, our master bedroom is so hot all the time. We purchased this in hope to have a cooler summer, well it did just that we love that it is programmable we can program it to come on at a certain time and to shut off at a certain time. We can also turn it into a dehumidifier. Overall, this was a great investment for us.

Very easy to install. Great job cooling the bedroom and very quiet when placed in "quiet mode". Purchased LG window units from Home Depot and returned both due to manufacturing problems. Found this In Room unit at Best Buy and had it installed in 5 minutes. Plus it has an Inverter to save on electric bill. LG did not iffer this feature. HIGHLY RECOMNEND THIS UNIT.

Excellent Portable AC, Quiet and cool the Area in few minutes.

So far, the air conditioner has been pretty good. Our central air was out for a while in the deep south, so we got this(had been planning on getting one anyway to make up for the fact that our room is the hottest in the house). It wasn't able to get our room as cool as we would have liked by itself, though that could've been due to the outside temperatures being nearly 100 F and the room having a large number of big windows. It did get the temperature down below 80, though(I think it got down close to 70 if I remember right). If you have high windows that slide to the side, hose length can be a problem(our windows are more than 5 feet off the ground, so we have it sitting on top of something instead of one the floor).

Impressive unit. Bought a no name unit from another company first. It was loud & didn’t do a good job. Returned it bought this one for significantly more money but it is worth the price. Cools the room & doesn’t make too much noise. Highly recommend.

I got this LG portable ac 10,000 btu and I love it because it cools my basement, it is noisy and I dont like the aeing feature, but I love that I can connect it to wifi and control it through the app, very convenient

The air conditioner does a great job in a nice large room the only thing I don't like is dumping the water but it's a small price to pay instead of sweating and feeling miserable

The dual hose intake and exhaust is more efficient than its competitors. It’s able to cool a room and keep the room cool for much longer without constantly running the compressor.
