It's not loud at all compared to our old Maytag washer. The clothes always comes out clean and smelling amazing. Love that I can connect to the washer via the app, with notifications. Overall very happy with our purchase.

Set up could have went smoother if we would have known exactly which electric cord was coming with the dryer. A 4 prong cord is what was sold with it and a 3 prong outlet is what was needed.

I can’t trust this washer to clean. I have to babysit it by checking water levels and balance myself. Clothes on top don’t get submerged, I push them down. Travels all over the floor. Too often the loads don’t spin/drain properly. Only pro- it looks good (because it’s new!). I was warned by the reviews. My fault

Posted .Hi there - we’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your washer. It’s understandable that you’d be concerned with these issues and we’d love to share some troubleshooting tips that will help. This is a high-efficiency washing machine which requires less water while providing effective cleaning action. You may notice that the water level is lower than on your previous washer and may not cover the top level of the clothes. This is normal. If you still prefer to have a higher water level, you can use the “Deep Fill” feature which adds 3 gallons of water to the wash load if pressed once or can provide the deepest fill possible if held for 3 seconds. -- With all washers, some shaking or noise is normal. However, it is important to level your washer as it prevents the washer from excessive vibration when in use. When leveling a washer, make sure to level both front to back and side to side by adjusting the four leveling legs. Also note that the more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation. -- If these tips don’t help resolve the issue, service may be needed. You can schedule online by visiting the GE Appliances website or by calling 1-800-432-2737. Hope this helps! Lauren@GEA

It washes clothes really well. The only thing I would recommend is maybe making a better tray for detergent. Hard to put scoops in and if you pull it out too far it just falls off. So you have to line it back up and put it back in.

The sanicycle work quite well. Fantastic capacity and appreciate the non-aggitator style. Overall, it is far superior to my previous front load HE. It is noisy at times, which is only downside at this time.

My queen size blankets fit in easily with room to spare. The only feature I miss is being able to use tap water temp instead of cold.

GE best Washing Machine

I am so impressed with this washing machine. It washes extremely well!
