I just wish it drained the water slower since my small garage sink can't keep up. We save the flooding by using large plastic totes to catch the overflow.

Clicks, water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle. Great gift for new home!

Had an initial hiccup with a delivery process, but with the assistance of the management team, they expedited the appliances - all turned out great the gentlemen who delivered our items, extremely courteous and professional, and not to mention very clean when assembling the equipment and disposing of any trash, and they took the time out to test the equipment, which I was very impressed so all in all I recommend to anyone purchasing appliances from Best Buy - great name brands with pricing. The appliances work great! Thank you!!

I also do not like the length of time it takes to wash my clothes.

Posted .Washers are designed to extract as much water as possible from the wash load during the spin cycle. This helps to reduce drying time and save energy. It's normal for the wash load to still be damp but not soaking wet. If the clothes seem too wet after the wash cycle is complete, please check the following: a slow spin speed may have been selected which will eliminate less water than a fast spin speed. Oversudsing from too much detergent may slow down the spin cycle, causing a suds lock. Use HE detergent only and be sure to use the recommended measured amount. Run a drain/spin cycle if this has occurred to remove the excess water in the clothes. An out-of-balance load can prevent the washer from reaching the proper spin speed. If the load is out of balance, pause the cycle to redistribute the clothing and press Start to complete the cycle. But … if you use scent beads of any kind, you have to use extra rinse cycle or the beads don’t melt enough and your laundry will be riddled with spots of half melted scent beads . I’ve tried everything but the only solution is to run it long.

Washer Lid/Hinges Are Poorly Made

Lid underneath & around outer part definitely needs an updated design with better made material (heavier plastic or metal underneath washer lid).

Then once installed, my wife loves the capacity and how it operates. We have purchased lots of things from Best Buy and never disappeared.

We purchased a GE washing machine. The experience took 30 painless free minutes. We explained to the salesman what features we were looking for and he showed us several makes and models. He did not try to pressure us into one of the models. He scheduled The delivery and installation for that coming week. The price was reasonable and the service was amazing. The installation was done on time and quickly. Recommend buying your next appliance from Best Buy.
