Open box, great help loading in my truck and bubble wrap. nice price, but there was a better markdown the day before. The machine is great. Super capacity, more than I need really. The custom setting and auto feature is great. Looks nice. It is a bit noisy as others have said. I've only had it a month, so time will tell on durability.

Energy efficient, large capacity, great appliance. I like that it is top loading, no agitator, and high efficiency. Reliable brand, just the right amount of options, not too many bells and whistles…just right

This washer is what I would expect for a newer washer. It does great most of the time. The only downside is that it doesn't have an agitator. You might be able to purchase one aftermarket, but I have not looked into it. I was told I could wash my king size comforter, and I can, but I have to unravel the blanket before the washer starts to spin, or it just clunks against the side. Other than that I have had no issues, and really do enjoy having it. It's way quieter than most other washers that I have had, and that is a huge plus for me!

I really wish I could give 4.5 stars! I absolutely love this washer. The only thing I don’t like is if you have a large/bulky load it gets off balance sometimes but it’s good about re-balancing itself. But I can wash my king sized comforter in it and save myself a dry cleaning bill! Would definitely recommend, though.

The capacity and efficiency of this washer is superb. It uses the latest technology with high efficiency.

So far so good with this washer. I purchased from bestbuy since they would install and take away my old washer that was broken. I did a lot of research on the available washers and I was really disappointed with the reviews and options available. I determined this was my best option and I am so happy I went with it! So far I haven’t had any issues, it washes really well. I was against getting a wifi washer but I do love the fact that I get a notification when the wash cycle is almost complete and if I forget - another reminder to take the clothes out! You are able to change the settings from the app which is nice as well. Overall, really happy with this washer and fingers crossed it lasts a while.

I live my smart washer, I have never had a washer with blue tooth capability, it give me warnings when it’s almost done, unlike before I totally forget about it, the deep basin is wonderful

About 18 months post purchase the washer did not turn on. We tried everything before calling the geek squad but we had to schedule an appointment. Otherwise, it works great.

Very good washer. I read some reviews on it being a bit loud. But it doesn’t bother me. It washes clothes really well. The only thing I would recommend is maybe making a better tray for detergent. Hard to put scoops in and if you pull it out too far it just falls off. So you have to line it back up and put it back in.

Love the look and color but washer is loud and seems to be unbalanced at times compared to the ringer type

Bought this washer to replace the old one. The display panel stop working. I love the color BUT when it starts it makes lots of loud sound. Like the gears are connecting but they are. It works. Also when the washer finishes there no beep or charms to indicate it finished.

We have been shopping for a new washer snd dryer for a few months. Not only was this the best quality but also the best price! Have had it for about 3 weeks and love how quiet , fast , and clean our cloths are coming out!

Best washer I ever owned. Great quality. Large capacity. High floor in tub so easy to reach bottom. Easy to use. No issues with quality as open box.

Top loaders do a better job cleaning. Towel are more fluffy. Whites appear whiter. I like you can add more water to loads.

Best machine ever it’s quiet and it’s wide. Reminds me of laundromat machines. It gets the clothes very clean and has a wireless connection to control from an app. You can literally wash clothes and watch a movie at the same time. GE is in the future with this machine. I love it and recommend it for large families.

I was quite pleased with the capacity. I was able to complete my laundry in half the time. I like how the machine analyzes the load before it fills with water and uses less water per load. Great machine.

Love this washer! Not going to lie I was a little worried with how light it was out of the box but it puts in the work. Even with my blue collar husbands work clothes it cleans them good on the first wash! Love the different settings already presetted

Man I’m in love with this washer! Easy to use! Don’t take up much space! Get clothes how you need them with different setting.

Love this washer! So much room to wash bigger items. I’m liking the notifications on my phone when the laundry is done and a reminder if I leave in there.
