Then once installed, my wife loves the capacity and how it operates. We have purchased lots of things from Best Buy and never disappeared.

The only flaw i have witb this product is it is very sensitive and if the clothes is not evenly placed it will start to bang on the side if the washer.

Great until it literally exploded.

It literally split into pieces after only a year and a half of having it brand new. Pretty sure it’s 6 months past it’s one year warranty too so maybe don’t buy this.

Efficient washing machine

When a deals too good to be true

Needed to buy hoses, washers, and screens for just the washer. Don’t get me started on the dryer. Bought as a set. Spent over $1200 and I had to spend an extra $200+ to actually be able to use it. Best Buy has a horrible purchase process for appliances.

If your heavy loads are coming out too wet, we recommend making sure you're not overloading the washer. The proper load size for this unit can be found on page 13 of the use and care manual listed in the "From the Manufacturer" section on the product page. Additionally, make sure you've selected a spin cycle for your heavy loads as well as ensuring each load is properly balanced in the washer tub. The bottom of page 24 of the same use and care manual has a QR code/link that will take you to a video that shows you proper operation of this unit. If this is not what your unit sounds like, we recommend calling our GE Appliances Consumer Service line at 1-800-432-2737 (Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET. Saturday – Sunday: Closed). It came brand new in a box like that. That was secured, and you would think that it was actually brand new, but it was horrible.

Posted .Every washer is tested for leakage before being packed for shipment. Therefore, the washer may have a small amount of water in the tub when they reach the home.
