This high efficiency 5.0 cubic ft GE Profile Washer exceeds my expectations! I highly recommend to buy! It’s easy to use and washing time is less than what I expected while the results of washed clothes are outstanding and excellently clean and fresh! I personally enjoy all the available Smarter Wash Technology that includes Power Clean Gentle Care and Auto Select. I am enjoying the available options like the Deep Fill, Tangle Control and the choice for bulky wash. Superior options or choices for washing different clothing materials!

Received it yesterday 1/9/24 and I love it. We were so behind on laundry because we didn’t have a washer and dryer for a few weeks. I’ve been able to catch up in just one day because the large capacity is amazing. Easy to use and sleek design. It is a bit noisy like others have mentioned but for us it’s not a problem as we have a door on our laundry room. We are thrilled to have such a nice set.

Bought this washer with the dryer that matches. Great price and love the grey color. It's a bit noisy but is in the back room so doesn't bother anyone. Washes perfectly and has great settings on it. Fit big loads and blankets which is a plus.

This top loading washer is exactly what I was looking for. I love being able to see my clothes getting washed so the see through top brings me so much joy! I also love the compartments for my detergents as it makes the was so much more efficient! Clothes come out clean and smelling good! The washer link is a huge plus as well.

Amazing, may not have an agitator but I feel I prefer it without it cause the comforters and quilts fit, the amount of clothes you can wash is insane and the fact that it is effective even with big amount of clothes is insane

I went back and forth between 4 & 5 stars. I love this washer. The bin size is great for a family of 4 (or larger). As shown in the pictures, this is 2 queen size blankets. The cleaning power is remarkable! The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because it is loud. The first time I started it, I thought I broke it. Then after reading more reviews the loud cranking noises are from the "sensing" phase that determined the size of the load. Don't get me wrong, I still highly recommend this washer and I am happy with this purchase.

Loving my new washer. Had a huge drum so I can easily wash my comforters. Its efficient in clothes are cleaned wonderfully and easy to use.

I only had the new GE Profile for a few days and while I was washing clothes I noticed that when the machine was charging gears, it is nosey.

I love this new machine! It’s so easy to operate. It levels itself nicely and run very quietly! Oh yeah, my clothes come out nice and clean too! Been running now for several months no issues at all. Like I said, “I love this machine”!

I chose the Diamond Gray because it just looked great. This washer had no agitator sticking up in the middle & is HE. I am amazed at how much laundry it holds, twice as much as my previous washer. It took several loads to get used to the HE & size. So glad this is the washer I chose.

I love this washer and dryer set. I decided to finally upgrade to a new one since I bought my old set used. It’s been the best decision. I would highly recommend this set. You can wash almost anything in it with the deep drums.

I love this washer, my giant king size comforter has plenty of room.

I love my new washer. It is large enough to do my queen size bedspread so I no longer have to go to a laundry mat to do bedding. How convient!!!

I have been used to old style washers and was hesitant on upgrading to a smart washer, glad we did. It's not hard to use like I thought it might. Very pleased, especially with the color.

Amazing Washer!! Have had for a few weeks now and love it! Super quiet, gets clothes clean! Holds ours California king comforter very easily and washes it like a champ! And for nearly $300 off, no brainer!

Lid not closed message less than a month from owning it. Didnt buy the best buy warranty so now I have to wait 17 days for GE to get someone out to do the warranty repair. It is much loud than i had expected it to be, the 13 year old units we replaced were much quieter. So far very disappointed. Gave it 2 stars because it fits a lot of laundry and the color is nice

Extremely Disappointing Product and Customer Support I purchased this washer and dryer set in September 2024, and unfortunately, it has been nothing but frustration since then. Within the first three months, the dryer experienced a blown fuse. Best Buy refused to replace it because it was outside their 30-day return window, and GE also declined to replace or properly support the issue. Just over one year after purchase, the washer lid broke (see photos). The timing was especially frustrating because the washer only comes with a one-year warranty. GE would not repair the unit unless I purchased an extended warranty for an additional $375. Feeling pressured and left without options, I agreed to purchase the warranty through GE’s partners, Assurant and Bodewell. What followed was weeks of wasted time and poor communication. A technician eventually came out but did not have the required replacement lid. He stated he would order the part and return in two weeks. Two weeks passed with no updates, no part shipment, and no follow-up. When I called to check on the status, I was shocked to learn that the claim had been closed and no part was ever ordered. Trying to resolve this required multiple calls to customer service, each involving extremely long hold times just to reach a representative. Every call resulted in being transferred, placed on hold again, or given conflicting information. No one took ownership of the issue, and there was no proactive communication at any point. Meanwhile, we have been without a functioning washer for over a month. Between the early product failures, limited warranty coverage, poor coordination with service partners, and excessive customer service hold times, this has been one of the worst appliance ownership experiences I’ve had. I am now canceling the extended warranty and seeking a refund due to the complete lack of service. I strongly recommend avoiding this product. The quality is poor, and if something goes wrong, be prepared for endless hold times, broken promises, and unresolved issues. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
