Excellent washer, don't buy maytag.

Doesn't go off balance, holds more laundry, tells my phone when loads are done, gets cloths cleaner, and overall feels like a better machine. I still bought the extended warranty though.

The washer handles small to x-large loads; and this is a great option for small or large families. It is also a quiet machine that does a great job of cleaning laundry. Very happy with my purchase. I originally didn't want a washing machine with bells and whistles. Now that ive had this washing for close to a month im very happy with it. On top of that,my son loves this machine and hes taken over doing 80% of the laundry. Thats a win in my book!

I was given a complete description by a knowledgeable sales person. The delivery of the unit was right on time, and the two delivery men were so respectful of our property. The machine itself has really surprised me. I thought my White T-shirts always look clean until I put them in my new machine and can’t believe how white they turned out. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone in need of a new washer and certainly would recommend Best Buy. To me it was a five star from my first phone call to the use of the first load of clothes.

Set up could have went smoother if we would have known exactly which electric cord was coming with the dryer. A 4 prong cord is what was sold with it and a 3 prong outlet is what was needed.
