I was able to complete my laundry in half the time. I like how the machine analyzes the load before it fills with water and uses less water per load. Great machine.

Doesn't go off balance, holds more laundry, tells my phone when loads are done, gets cloths cleaner, and overall feels like a better machine. I still bought the extended warranty though.

The display panel stop working. I love the color BUT when it starts it makes lots of loud sound. Like the gears are connecting but they are. It works. Also when the washer finishes there no beep or charms to indicate it finished.

I was given a complete description by a knowledgeable sales person. The delivery of the unit was right on time, and the two delivery men were so respectful of our property. The machine itself has really surprised me. I thought my White T-shirts always look clean until I put them in my new machine and can’t believe how white they turned out. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone in need of a new washer and certainly would recommend Best Buy. To me it was a five star from my first phone call to the use of the first load of clothes.
