It’s sleek looking as my laundry room is in my kitchen so i struggles with it being an eye sore to look at with my old appliances. A nice big and quiet machine! 10/10

It isn't like any other washer we have ever had before. It has built-in provisions to save on water and electricity. It's extremely flexible and easy to use. And It does an excellent job washing clothes, which is what we bought it for. We have used GE appliances for years and have a very good opinion of them. They work well, and they tend to last!

Gets off balance easy & the detergent cup mildews

I have to put the clothes in just right. It has a storage cup for laundry detergent, but the cup gets mildewed and stinky. I have to leave the top open so it does not mildew. But, that was why I switched to the top loader because I did not have to leave the door open on my front loader!

Set it to match what you’re washing and let it work. Is a little noisier than other washers but not bad. Still looks brand new inside and out. No mold or smells with the microban technology.

My sales person, “Igball” - at your Fair Lakes location - was the epitome of professionalism, knowledgeable, kindness, courteous and assisted me in making the best decision for me. Also, the delivery personnel (William and Luis) were nothing short of amazing. Not only did they display the same qualities as Igball — they were on-time, efficient, careful, respectful, friendly and well equipped for the job. It is very quiet and is large to wash a large load. What I don’t like about it is that it automatically goes to hot water and there is no indicator that the wash is complete.
