I love this Washing Machine! I definitely don’t use all the bells and whistles on it though, I treat it more like just a standard washing machine and it works fantastic. It is a large capacity which makes washing things like blankets & snow gear a dream.. My only complaint is that the Lid is a little flimsy, my first one ended up with a crack on the gray inside part of the lid from not getting the clothes in all the way. It just continued to crack every time I would open and close it. I do recommend paying for the Best Buy warranty because they just replaced my whole washing machine after having to wait a little while for OEM parts.

So far, so good. We have only owned the washer/dryer a few days, but have used it not stop while awake and even while sleeping with delay wash. The tub is HUGE and easily handled our California King bedding. I like that the lid is see though. We were limited what we could fit in our space. One of the best features is the lid stays up at multiple angles, not just 90 degrees, which was important for use due to the cabinets above. The app was easy to set up and I love the sync feature. I also love the 5 minute warnings that the washer or dryer will be done, although it was non stop all weekend for us! Lol The delivery/installation team at best buy was amazing! They were polite, professional, neat, knowledgeable and most importantly the lead guy knew exactly what he was doing! I hope best buy knows how great this employee is! I wish I remembered his name but will update review once I find out. Thank you best buy for a pleasant experience.

Really nervous about any brand at this point seems like so many negative reviews of all brands no matter the cost of machine, just seems like machines aren’t what they were 20 years ago but so far so good

Washer is beautify and works perfectly even as an open box model. Couldn’t beat the price and installation was very well done!

Haven't had it but for a week, so take this with a grain of salt. So far so good.....its nice its washes clothes and it hasnt broke yet. So 4 stars because longevity is unknown.

Our washer was installed properly. It started to act up,called a GE repair man and was here with in a day or so. Updated the washer and had no problem since. It's a great product. The dryer works great also.

Worst washing machine ever. Cannot balance itself at all. So if you don’t move the clothing to just through spot the entire machine will bounce and bang around so loudly it’s frightening. I have had two techs out to look at it and both could not fix it after replacing several parts. Do not buy from GE their ownership has changed and the quality of their products have gone down.

Great service when purchased, very good delivery and installation , so far no problems doing what it’s supposed to do !

Washer had a dent on it and if I wanted it replaced I had to wait an additional 2 weeks to receive it and the person who took my complaint didn’t speak good English we couldn’t even communicate properly having to repeat myself and he would say opposite of what I was saying and his loud roosters in the background would not shut up! I will not buy appliances her again!

Not sure if I really recommend this washer, but I said yes anyways. Have had it 11 days, got it 1/28/23 and have done 15 washes to test it out. 12 of the 15 washes, the washer became unbalanced and bangs loudly then stops itself, had to pause it so I could open the top (each load) to move clothes around, then continue it. Then it would act like a normal washer and finish without other issues. These were all small/light loads to test, except one medium load. You shouldn't have to babysit a washer. So with that being said, is it just a faulty washer in the hundreds or more that they build of this model or is it a manufacturing problem. Don't know. I am returning this one and considering getting another one (same thing) to find out. Bad part is waiting again 5 weeks for the next one to come in. It looks nice, has nice features/options for washing, large capacity, mostly quiet, cleans clothes well (when not acting like a tempermental bratty child), end of wash cycle too quiet to hear, unless you are standing right by it (it does have wi-fi with app to let you know, Hmmm), and no way to adjust the volume of it. That's a minus. I will update this if I do get same thing and what happens. Can't any of them just make a washer that just works and does what it's supposed to do, Is that too much to ask??

This washing machine has been a game-changer in my laundry routine. I’ve only had it 3 months however It’s quiet, efficient, and surprisingly fast.
