I chose this because of the cubic foot size and value for the money I paid for it. I used it this past weekend to wash clothes and was pleased with the results of clean clothes. I'm going to wash a comforter next to see how well that function works. The functions were pretty self explanatory and the washer is easy to use.

I previously had a front loader which I really liked until it developed mold and I couldn’t get rid of it. Anyway, I would not buy this machine again. It is very loud. The controls are difficult to figure out. It makes a sound once when it is done so if you happen not to hear it it’s best to use a timer.

In it you will find descriptions of the normal sounds you can expect to hear and how to best to take advantage of all the features this great washer has to offer. We'd also recommend you consider connecting the washer to your WiFi and our SmartHQ app which will not only allow you to adjust the sound level of the end-of-cycle signal, but you can also receive notifications as to when the cycle is complete. Connecting your washer will allow you to download additional cycles and product optimization updates when available.

It is impossible to balance with a heavy load. If all you plan on washing is t shirts this may work for you. Towels and anything else that absorbs and holds a lot of water forget it. On numerous occasions it has caused the machine to walk so far away from the wall that the drain hose disconnected and poured water all over the floor. We have now been washing towels at a laundromat until we can afford to replace this washer we bought just a few months ago.

Posted .Thank you for sharing your feedback. This is a high-efficiency washing machine which requires less water while providing effective cleaning action. You may notice that the water level is lower than on your previous washer and may not cover the top level of the clothes. This is normal. -- If you still prefer to have a higher water level, you can use the “Deep Fill” feature which adds 3 gallons of water to the wash load if pressed once or can provide the deepest fill possible if held for 3 seconds. Problems with balance

On the second day that I had it, it became unbalanced and I suspect that this is why it had been returned. I planned on returning it also but couldn't get it back to the store. Now I use it and constantly worry that it will get unbalanced as this is one of the problems that the machine is reported to have.
