So far I am very happy with this washer! The only complaint, the soap dispenser still has water in , even after Vent option. So I have to take it out completely and dry with a rug to keep it mold free…

This is an incredible machine that’s very quiet and cleans extremely thoroughly. Very happy with my purchase.

I really love almost everything about this machine. The capacity is unbeatable, it was easy to install and using it is very intuitive. What I DON’T like is 1) the auto-dispense feature uses WAY too much detergent. A jug that would typically last our family for at least three MONTHS was completely empty within 6 weeks. We no longer use the auto-dispense drum, we just fill the regular cup with each load. The other thing that I don’t like is that if you have a very small load, the washer sometimes refuses to drain. The handful of items will wind up in a pool of water and have to be wrung out by hand and the machine will only drain completely with the next load. But the majority of the time, everything emerges clean and only damp, and the drum is illuminated so I can tell if there’s a lone sock or washcloth in the back. I also love the non boring blue color. It looks very classy!

Love this machine is easy to use and the fact that it’s stackable. I appreciate the different moves. It has as well.

I am thrilled with this machine! My last washing machine only lasted 18 months. I was surprised at how heavy the GE is. It is solid, quiet, and does a great job getting the clothes clean. The automatic soap dispenser is a great feature. The sparkly blue is very pretty.

I was sceptical about buying an open-box item from anywhere, but I just lost my washer and needed something as fast as possible. I have the rewards program and guessed that it would be my safest way to buy and still be protected with a warranty. As of yet, I have had no need for the warranty, and this washer and dryer set has been great.

It has some cycles on it that i dont understand and they do not explain them in the owners manual. The wash cycles take alot longer than my old washer and the 30 load detergent is great but you still yave go add the bleach and the softwner each wash. So its almost pointless to me. This washer also adds water pretty frequently during the wash rather than what it needs at the same time. Im not sure if i would suggest this washer. It is a quiet unit, it doesnt make any sounds when its done and i love that! Debating weather or not im going to return and exchange them!

Love the ultra fresh vent system, I have had so many issues in the past with other front loader washers developing mold. This system is a game changer. Also love the ability to add laundry detergent for multiple uses and the Wi-Fi features.

The 1st GE Profile Washer they Brought DID NOT WORK,,, it would not spin the water out of the clothes,, so they offered to bring us another one, which they did, and so far the new one they brought has been doing ok but it is too early to give it any ratings as we have only used it a few times... online on reviews l see this model has had some issues l hope this one last awhile before l would have any problems and if you do, look to Youtube on what might be wrong and you might be able to just order the parts online an change them yourself which would save you money,, youtube rules.

Replaced our old Kenmore washer. A welcomed change.

Nicest washer I have had. You will need the pedestal to save your back when loading and unloading. The wifi connection alerts my phone app when loads are done. The automatic HE detergent dispenser saves time and eliminates guessing. It is the biggest and best for my money.

Good Purchase. Washes faster. Smart features and notifications come in handy.
