Put NO touch screen in front of range.

Overall this range is nice. I'm short, so while cooking the front of my body touches the front of the stove and with the touch screen in front of the stove, I hear beeps. I could be turning on or shutting off anything pertaining to the oven. This is a problem to me.

We’d like to help with the functionality of your control panel. This model features a “Lock Control” button on the control panel to prevent any selections from being made. To activate or deactivate, simply hold the “Lock Control” pad for 3 seconds.

If I could rate this lower I would. This thing was wired incorrectly and the power supply wiring was wedged between two sharp pieces of metal frame instead of threaded the way it is was supposed to be. Every time the oven door was opened and closed the metal frame cut into the insulation on the wires. Thirty days later it shorted and blew flames out the back and top vents.
Best Buy installed the power cord on the truck and delivered the stove reassembled. I don't think they created the problem but the problem was obvious and dangerous and should have been caught at installation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
